While the inside of this duplex was clean and neat, it was the neighborhood that had me shaking in my shoes when we turned the corner onto the road it was on. The neighborhood went from cute and aesthetic to run down and low-income fast. I should’ve known not to expect much with the price (compared to similar homes) being so low and there not being any cancelations allowed. House is a duplex and parking is shared with other duplexes. There were two men in their car sitting outside the unit the whole time I was there (about 30 min). Houses beside it and across the street had doors open with fly strips hanging in the doorway. Home had obviously been recently renovated but a strong stinch remained and furniture is small in size. We didn’t stay. Had to rent another rental and got no money back for this one.
