Located in the Grand Venezia, a luxury gated condominium community located on the waters of Old Tampa Bay in Clearwater, Florida. It is located 16 miles west of Tampa International Airport and approximately 8 miles from the white sandy beaches of Clearwater Beach. Building 4

The unit includes:
Living, Dining, Full Kitchen, Home work station, Washer/ Dryer, Pantry, Two bedroom, two bath, Storage closets, Bedroom 1 walk in closet.
Cleaning starter kit: paper towels, sponges, laundry pods, Clorox wipes, toilet paper, shower liner & dish soap.

No elevator in building.

Background check and approval required by the condo association prior to lease. Leasee to pay $100 (to Grand Venezia) per person non refundable application fee.

Great stay. Condo was clean and true to the photos. The host was very easy to contact and very quick to respond. Great location to all. Would definitely stay here again.

Nice, comfortable condo!

Jason was so responsive that any of our questions were answered immediately! The condo is nicely decorated & we loved sitting in the bright area by the windows where there is a pretty dining room table!
