  • A bright, beachy two-bedroom getaway in Clearwater, newly renovated and filled with natural light. It sleeps 6 and has a fully equipped kitchen, coastal decor and a shared backyard with a fire pit, about a 10-minute drive from Clearwater Beach and downtown.

    • Bedroom 2: king bed, dresser, closet, its own TV and direct access to the shared backyard
    • Living area: comfortable sleeper sofa, Smart TV and a breakfast nook for morning coffee
    • Kitchen: fully furnished, with modern white cabinets and a blue tile backsplash
    • One freshly renovated full bathroom
    • Stackable washer and dryer in the hallway

    WHAT`S INCLUDED
    • 24/7 self check-in with a keypad at your private entrance
    • Free parking in the shared driveway next to the unit

    GUEST ACCESS
    You`ll have private access to the entire 2-bedroom, 1-bathroom unit. The fenced backyard is shared with the other unit on the property, with a fire pit, a picnic table with an umbrella, string lights and cornhole.

    LOCATION
    • About a 10-minute drive to Clearwater Beach and downtown Clearwater
    • Minutes from scenic bike trails
    • Seminole Boat Ramp is 3 minutes away

    GOOD TO KNOW
    • Check-in 4:00 PM, check-out 10:00 AM.
    • The driveway is shared with the other unit on the property. Park in the shared driveway next to your unit.
    • Pets: one pet maximum, $150 non-refundable pet fee. Guests in the other unit may also have a dog in the shared yard.
    • Security cameras are on the exterior of the property, covering the front and back. There are no cameras inside the home.

    YOUR HOSTS
    We give our guests space and privacy. We`re not on-site, but we`re always available and responsive by message if you have questions or need anything during your stay.
    When using the firepit, please make sure to fully put it out after use.

    If coming with a pet, please clean up your pet waste, there is a $50 charge for EACH pet waste found.
    Extra pet waste bags can be found underneath kitchen sink.
