Hello from sunny Florida! Grab your bathing suit and get ready to relax and unwind in Dunedin, Florida! Less than 1 mile to Downtown Dunedin and Dunedin Marina!! 2 blocks to the new Blue Jay’s TD Ballpark and just 4 blocks to the Pinellas bike trail!

Freshly coastal decorated, 2 bedroom and 1 bath. Includes a washer & dryer and dishwasher. The kitchen is fully stocked if you prefer to cook meals at home! Please note, 2 exterior security cameras are in use.

Perfect place for us!

We enjoyed our stay so much! Sparkling clean with lots of amenities. The washer and dryer were a huge plus and we have so much fun riding the golf cart around this sweet little town. It was perfect for us.

We enjoyed our stay in Dunedin! The place was very clean and well stocked with everything we needed. We enjoyed using the golf cart to explore the town as well!

Great place to stay

Place was as advertised. Clean, fully stocked and convenient to downtown Dunedin. Justin switched out the golf cart to a newer version during our stay which was a nice addition. Justin was also readily available when we had any questions. Definitely would stay here again on our next trip to Dunedin.

Dunedin get away

Our stay was lovely. The location is awesome, easy bike ride into town and to path as well as nice walk in to restaurants. The golf cart was an added bonus that we enjoyed. The home was nice, very comfortable and clean. The bed was so comfortable. Our hosts were very responsive. All in all, this is a great rental.

Fantastic stay!

Brent and Stephanie continue to knock it out of the park. Clean, well stocked, fun cottage. So close to everything! Comfy beds! We hope to be back soon.

We felt at home in this duplex. It was exceptionally clean and had everything we needed. The washer and dryer were helpful and my husband fell in love with the shower The master king bed was very comfortable

Beautiful bungalow

Very clean, well stocked with anything we could have needed, clear instructions on anything we would had trouble figuring out on our own, host was very plesant in her communication with us. Quiet street in older section, definitely a 5 star property. We will definitely book again!

Long weekend stay 10/19-10/23

We were very impressed with the cleanliness and all of the household necessities that were provided to us. The property owners really go above and beyond to ensure the place has everything you might need and more for the perfect vacation. The golf cart was the highlight and so helpful for us to get around town!

Cozy home away from home

This was a cozy home away from home with everything that you could possibly need for a comfortable stay provided by Stefanie. The decor was cute/beachy and it was spotlessly clean. The location was quiet and peaceful and the town of Dunedin was charming. I would love to return.

Quaint town!!

We had no issues at all during our stay. The house was very well equipped and clean. It had everything we needed! The golf cart was lots of fun and we had a great time riding around town!

A great place to stay!!

A very clean and well maintained space. The hosts have you set up to really be able to make the most of your time! The beach supplies are perfect for spending time on the beach and the golf cart is a fun way of exploring Dunedin. We will be back :)

Cute little duplex

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The apartment was clean and comfortable. We had everything we needed to cook some meals at home and all of the beach equipment made our beach days extra enjoyable. Justin was good about responding to any questions we had. The golf cart was awesome to travel to Main Street Dunedin. Great location and would stay again!responding to some questions we had.

Lovely clean apartment, had everything we needed and more. Kitchen was well stocked. Loads of towels and beach equipment. Cart and bikes was great to use to get around the town.

Dunedin is a great destination, and this rental is located within walking distance to everything, although a golf cart is provided for added convenience. The rental is located on a quiet street with quiet neighbors. Justin & Stephanie are gracious host and are on site to address any needs. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will return.

Sweet 16 Celebration

We loved our stay! It was super clean and inviting! We had plenty of room. Everything we needed to cook in. We spent most of our days at the beach, Honeymoon Island and Clearwater and we had all the beach essentials we could want (chairs, umbrella, towels, toys). The golf cart got us down town to the shops, jolly trolly, and stores.

What a wonderful stay. Everything you need! The golf cart was such a great extra. Walking distance to the ball park. Everything from towels to beach chairs and coolers. We didn't need to buy anything extra. Nice quiet location and owners immediately replied to messages. If we come back, we will stay here.

Great spot!

Nice and quiet location. Close to downtown/breweries/food/shopping and the water but far enough away to be peaceful. Rental was very clean. Beds were comfy. Couch was maybe the most comfortable I’ve ever experienced in a rental. Very nice and clean place. Had everything you needed for beach. Golf cart was my husband’s favorite part! Owners were responsive when we needed them and the price was great for all the amenities and location, thanks for helping to make my husbands birthday so enjoyable.

Nice Stay

Very nice, clean, updated and well stocked kitchen and bath. Lots of beach supplies and option to use bikes and golf cart. My sister and I shared the king and my other sister used the queen. Quiet neighborhood. Parking space is a bit tricky but I got used to it. Only suggest a new shower curtain in bathroom so water does not continue to rot the molding.
