Tim was great.

I had an issue with my pet, and instead of making me feel bad about it, Tim was very accommodating, and we worked out a solution. I would highly recommend this rental.

The WORST

We were notified 30 minutes before check in of cancellation! They had my money for 3 weeks and then left me with no place to stay!! Full refund doesn’t cover what I had to pay for the weekend some place else and the stress of finding a place. Beyond angry.
