We have a 2 bedroom deluxe unit available for 7 nights starting in the afternoon of March 14, 2026 to check out the morning of March 21, 2026. So gather your family or friends for a fun time at the beach with a maximum of 8 guests for this unit. This resort is located on Clearwater Beach in Florida. Your deluxe unit includes full kitchen, stocked with pans & dishes etc, washer/dryer, 1 King in the master bedroom, 2 double beds in bedroom #2 and queen sofa sleeper in living area plus balcony/deck. This resort is directly across from the beach, an easy walk. The maximum occupancy is 8.
We currently have a one 5 star review as we have only rented this unit 1 other time.
Vacationers will have access to these following amenities*:
- Outdoor swimming pool, hot tub and bar
- Many Restaurants within walking distance
- Fitness center
- Pier 60 is a short walk away
- Clearwater white sand public beach directly across from resort
- Parking garage available for 1 vehicle per unit for self-parking. Vehicles must by shorter than 7’2”. Vehicles that exceed the maximum garage height must park off-site at the guests’ expense.
- Additional vehicles can self-park for $20 per night, but parking spaces are limited, and overages will have to use valet parking for $35 per night (plus tax)
**This is a non-smoking resort.**
**Daily housekeeping is not included, please check with resort if this needed for a nominal charge.

Cancellations made at least 30 days before check-in will get back 100% refund of amount paid. Reservations cancelled between 14-30 days before check-in, you get back 50%.
Guests will be supplied a final confirmation (known as a guest confirmation) prior to travel which may be requested by the resort at the time of check-in.
Guest checking in must be named on the Guest Confirmation, be 21 years or older and have a current and valid driver’s license. Your address MUST match the address given for the reservation. Owner will contact you to gather this detail to update the reservation.
When booking with us you are traveling as our guest. During your visit you may be offered incentives to attend a sales presentation, which could include complimentary breakfast, discounted tickets, or gift cards. Attendance is at your sole discretion and is never required when traveling with us. You can just say “NO”. We cannot be held responsible for charges which may occur as a result of no shows to such presentations when agreed to at your sole discretion.
This is a Wyndham timeshare resort. This vacation is for the full 7 night reservation. I cannot change this into a 4 night without losing the reservation altogether. It requires a full 7 night reservation. Also, I cannot divide up the reservation between 2 guests, I will lose the reservation.
Check out time is levied by the resort and must be strictly adhered to. Please contact the resort directly for instructions if you anticipate a late arrival. Seller will not be responsible for any expense incurred with a late arrival. Please contact the resort for assistance and questions.
Occupant(s) understands that the unit will be inspected before and after the reservation. Occupant(s) is responsible for any damages and charges incurred by occupant or occupant's party. These charges may appear on your credit card asked for during check in. A credit card is required for the $250 security deposit requested at check-in.
Pets are not permitted. Failure to adhere to this policy may result in fines and termination of the reservation without possibility of a refund.
Resort Amenities may change from time to time and are governed by each Resort. A copy of the resort policies relating to amenities may be acquired upon check in at the resort.
Fees may be assessed by resorts for security deposit, amenities and/or incidentals. These fees are determined and levied by the resort and are the sole responsibility of the occupant.
* Future Fee Changes: Because this is a Wyndham timeshare resort, Wyndham has the legal right to change fees/taxes at its discretion regardless of whether owners agrees or not. All of the fees and taxes that we currently know about will be included in the rental amount. Should Wyndham decide to change their fees between the time you rent from us and when you check in, the owners will not be responsible for additional fees.
Resort assigns the unit. Unit views, floor, and location on resort property cannot be guaranteed although you may make a request at check-in.
Traveler(s) named on the confirmation must be present at the time of check in. Name changes after reservation is confirmed will incur a $99.00 charge. For this reason it is the guest’s responsibility to communicate with owner the correct name of the guest checking in when the owner contacts you prior to your stay at Clearwater.
Traveler(s) may not exceed maximum occupancy standards indicated on the confirmation. Failure to comply with these standards may result in termination of the reservation without possibility of a refund. This condo is 2 Bed/ 2 Bath, maximum capacity of 8.
Seller is not responsible for inclement weather, power outages, sickness or acts of GOD which may inconvenience travelers or any liability or obligations.
Seller is not liable for injury, loss or damages to persons or property while traveling.
Requests for reservation represent your agreement to these terms and conditions.
