Super well equipped 3 bedroom 2 bath. This home sleeps 8 with 1 king in master, 2 queens and 1 king pull out bed.

Super clean home with everything you would expect at your own home. Kitchen is completely supplied with small appliances, cookware, every tool you could ask for, paper products, spices and coffee. Ample parking for 4 cars in driveway. Fenced backyard to keep your dog safe, shady oak trees, washer and dryer, 2 Smart HDTVs with Roku, cable and High Speed WiFi. Simple keyless entry for easy check in and check out.

Gas grill included. Lawn chairs, beach towels, toys and cooler are provided for your beach trip.

Safe quiet neighborhood. Only 13 minutes to Clearwater Beach, easy 20 minute drive to Tampa International Airport, 9 minutes to Clearwater / St. Petersburg Airport. Safety Harbor is just 10 minutes away. Walk to Threshers Baseball Club, walk to restaurants, or enjoy the bike trail just 1 block away.

What makes us different from a place for regular guest rentals?
As we appreciate your understanding that the property may not always be available due to county ordinances, it's important for us to stay exempt from the county Certificate of Use Program. As Premier Hosts our number one mission is to provide a 5 star experience, avoid excessive fees passed along to guests and most importantly to do our part by helping to keep neighborhoods safe, peaceful and enjoyable for both residents and visitors. Good Value - Nice Home

Home is as described and as pictured. We found the home very well stocked with some nice extras - shampoo, paper plates, ziplocs, etc which made our stay easier. The location is close to everything you need and has great access to the Tampa area.

Such a nice, quiet place…great location.

The property was just as described. The location is perfect for the Clearwater/Largo area, it’s close to everything. The property owner Tammy was great and stayed in constant communication with us to insure that our stay was perfect. I would definitely recommend this property to anyone traveling to the area.

Amazing!

We had a wonderful vacation staying here. It’s not to far from the beach and the owner is super sweet and easy to get a hold of. The place felt very welcoming and there was enough room for everyone. Highly recommend!

Great Beach House

This home is perfect for a vacation near the beach. The owner was so accommodating & the home was perfect for our family (5 total; 3 kids). The location is near plenty of stores, restaurants, & beautiful beaches. I highly recommend.

House was as advertised. Lots of amenities and just about anything you need. Had a great time and convenient location. One recommendation would be to have an outside clothes line to dry suits/towels if that is allowed in the neighborhood. Thx for making our vacation pleasant.

Perfect property for us and our dog. Fenced in yard and screened in furnished porch with TV was great. Zoe loved the quiet older husky in the home behind. Very clean nice property with everything we needed.

A home away from home

We absolutely adored staying at this home. The home is very comfortable, clean, and airy and it had everything that we needed to enjoy our vacations and more. It was indeed a home away from home. Tammy is a fantastic host, available any time for questions. The location is fantastic, within minutes to food, retail, and entertaining. We will come again.

Great facility and location!

This place was the best we've stayed in over the past few years of vacationing. We were just a little over 10 minutes to the beach, and the restaurants nearby were numerous and very good. A Publix is just a mile down the main drag, and has a liquor store attached to it. We did some cooking, and I had every single thing I needed from pots, pans to knives and other utensils. My wife and I recommend this place!

Six week stay February into March

Tammy has a very comfortable home that is clean, very well stocked, and located conveniently to any shopping or site seeing interests. It is also apparent that the home has been updated with improvements and appliances. We were also pleased with her immediate replies to any of our questions. We look forward to staying at this home again.

We enjoyed our stay at Tammy's place, We found the home to be very clean, quiet and spacious. Tammy was a great host with timely responses to our questions. The beach chairs, cooler, frozen ice packs and towels made our beach visit a stress-free experience. Other thoughtful features included a nice coffee selection, cold water, tech charging station, bikes and outdoor grill. We would definitely recommend this home for a vacation stay. This was a very enjoyable experience as well as a good value.
