The house was clean and presentable. It was also very accommodating for me and my family.

The interior furniture, curtains, towels, and exterior of the property were all pretty shabby. There were no paper towels and one dish towel. The new kitchen, bathrooms and carpet was a plus. Well located in nice neighborhood. Additionally, there was a musty smell in the unit and poor insulation - you could hear everything form the unit next door.
