Charming 1 Bedroom Beach Condo.

Newly renovated Dec 2025. Enjoy a Gulf of Mexico vacation in our private beach condo. Gulf Gardens is located directly across the street from the Gulf of Mexico. In less than a one minute walk from your doorstep you will be enjoying the sun on the white powdery sands of quaint Madeira Beach. Don't forget to grab the metal detector in the closet and try your luck at finding some beach treasure. Or just relax and watch the dolphins play until the sun sets with your favorite beverage. Yes Madeira Beach is one of the last in the county that allows adult beverages on the beach.

Back at the property, you can swim in one of the area’s largest and cleanest pools surrounded by lush tropical gardens. Enjoy an open-air meal on the poolside patio, or watch the waves from your second story balcony. One of the few units on the property with an ocean view.

Our spotless condo comes equipped with a fully-stocked kitchen - everything you need to prepare a home-cooked meal. Clean linens will be provided and there are two shared grills on the complex where you can grill your catch of the day! And new in January 2021, a private WiFi service just for this unit at 200mbps, fast and very secure. There is cable TV and a DVD player in the unit for your entertainment. As the condo association President, I will ensure you feel like family during your stay and will answer any questions you may have during your vacation.

One of the nicest features of this unit is the unmistakable attention to cleanliness and details that only a discriminating owner can provide. And parking is a breeze even on the busiest weeks. One stay and you will already be looking forward to your next vacation here!

Located in the heart of the Clearwater/Saint Pete beaches, our unit offers a convenient home base for touring Central Florida. You’ll be 30 minutes away from Tampa International Airport, Busch Gardens, Ybor City, and only 90 minutes away from Orlando’s family attractions. More local to your rental, historic John’s Pass is only 1 mile away. Stroll down to John’s Pass for many dining and shopping options, and grab a homemade ice cream or fudge on your way back at the famous Candy Kitchen!

Christmas Break enjoyed at Medeira Beach

Good accommodation, great location. Unfortunately, September and October hurricanes caused issues for property owner, but he was as accommodating as possible. Overall we enjoyed the location and made the best of the situation.

Great little beach condo

Cozy, clean little condo in a quiet area. Location is great, right across the road from a beautiful beach and within walking distance of several good restaurants. Was nice having beach chairs, umbrella and towels provided. Hope to come back again!

Beautiful and quaint

We enjoyed our stay. The place was clean, stocked and the housekeeping lady was so nice. Dave was wonderful, and accommodating, as we had a request and wanted to extend our stay. He was able to work it out for us. The pool was wonderful in the evenings, when we wanted to just unwind after a long day of site seeing. Would stay there again!

Little slice of paradise

What an absolute gem of a place, if you’re after a quiet beach stay, this apartment is perfect, it comes with everything you need to make your stay comfortable. It is 1 minute walk to the nearest store, 3 minute walk to the beautiful fine and white sandy beach. I will 100% recommend.

Great location—nice onsite heated pool

This condo is older but well maintained for the most part. Dave, the host, was wonderfully responsive. The unit was very clean & exceptionally well stocked in comparison to other VRBOs we’ve stayed in. Thick bath towels & large beach towels were provided; lots of storage. Beach chairs and beach mats provided. Location is close to beach, to St. John’s Pass, to restaurants, a coffee shop, grocery stores. If only the weather had been warmer—no human fix for that! Special trip!

My wife and I brought our 5 year old granddaughter to Florida for her first plane ride and look at the ocean. This was the perfect spot to stay! Our condo was everything that was promised. Nice, cozy, clean and had everything we needed including stuff for the beach like umbrella and chairs. The pool was amazing and open from dawn to dusk. The beach is literally right across the street and we spent our 3 days following our granddaughter back and forth from the beach to the pool. Walking distance to pretty much anything you need. Probably won’t even rent a car next time and just Uber. And Dave’s communication with me was off the charts! I had never used VRBO before and couldn’t believe how responsive he was to the questions I had. To top it off the people we met also staying here were so nice and friendly. Had a blast and our granddaughter is already asking when are we coming back!

We have stayed at numerous places up and down the beach and this is one of the best. The pool, the access to the beach, and quiet atmosphere are all wonderful attributes.

It truly is charming, very clean and comfortable. It has a beach bungalow style to it; the decor is perfect. A lot of time and energy went into making this so sweet. The owner is good enough to provide herbs and teas and plenty of paper goods. 5 star this one. Be aware of lots of construction going on post Helene and Milton….but only during the day time.

Perfect Location

We came for a short weekend to celebrate my husbands birthday and the property was great. The location was perfect, walked across the street to the beach, close to restaurants and John’s Pass. The property was clean and had all the essentials. The pool was also nice!
