When a booking is canceled 30 days or more before the arrival date, we’re happy to issue a refund in accordance with our cancellation policy. However, please note that the 3% credit card processing fee is non-refundable, as the payment processor charges this fee and cannot be reversed.

Note 3: Pet Policy (Please Read Carefully)
• Dogs only; 25 lbs or less
• Well-trained, non-aggressive breeds only
• Pets are not allowed on furniture
• Guests are responsible for cleaning up after pets in the yard

A $125 pet cleaning fee applies to all reservations with pets. This fee covers the additional deep cleaning required to ensure the home remains comfortable and allergy-friendly for all guests.
