Stunning beachfront views on St. Pete Beach

Our beautiful surf shack inspired condo features two bedrooms and two bathrooms right on St. Pete beach, which was named Trip advisor's No. 1 Beach in the U.S. in 2021 (and #5 in the world)! 

Our Spacious condo can sleep up to 6 guests, perfect for a family get away, or a great spot for snowbirds to come and ditch the cold of the north.

The Space:
We strive to offer you the best vacation possible. We offer beach and shower towels, beach accessories, a fully stocked kitchen, tempur-pedic mattresses, smart tv's, a desk for working from home, and a large balcony with incredible views.

Guest Access:
The entire condo will be yours and you will have access to the condo grounds. This includes the pool, shuffle board, cornhole, and a private beach. We use a lockbox for easy and safe entry.

The Neighborhood:
We are a part of the Caprice condo complex, and have access to everything on the grounds. St. Pete beach is a pristine white sand beach that is about 4 miles long. Our complex is located on the northern part of the beach and is walkable to many different local restaurants and shops. Every Sunday is the Corey Avenue Market that is about a 5-10 minute walk and it is full
of arts and crafts, food, and unique gifts.(Open 10am-2pm). Hop on the new Sun Runner and get to downtown St. Petersburg in 15-20 minutes.

Getting Around:
There are many different ways of getting around St. Pete beach. If you are bringing a car, that would always be a good option to covering more ground if you wanted to drive up gulf coast and head towards Clearwater beach, or east to downtown St. Petersburg. There is a bus system that is called The Sun Runner which runs all day from St. Pete Beach to downtown St. Petersburg and back. Restaurants and bars are also walkable to the complex.

We can only offer 1 parking space on the grounds. If you have 2 cars, the second car will need to be parked in the nearby neighborhoods.

  • Oh Nom! for whatever reason the dining room was empty when we walked in. The ambiance & service was charming enough (I particularly enjoyed them showing "Teen Wolf") & the sushi rolls were a great value--the veggie rolls are to be missed but hey we are in the south-->it's always a gamble when your vegetarian appetizer isn't fried :)

Perfect stay!

Very smooth trip from check in to check out. Easy access to unit on first floor. Quiet and clean space. Walk to beach was short and easy. Highly recommend a stay here!

The view! The ease of access to the pool and beach was a game changer. We could quickly and easily run up to the condo for a snack or a nap and loved that flexibility in our day. Sunset viewing every night just a few steps away! The condo was very clean and stocked with amenities. We cooked dinner at home several nights. The host was very responsive and helpful. We’ll definitely book again!

Amazing Week at Caprice!

We had an amazing stay at Caprice! There is so much to do in SPB and we had a great time exploring the area. The condo has amazing views and is in an ideal location. It was well stocked with everything we needed for an enjoyable stay. We highly recommend this property!

Fantastic experience

The host was responsive before and during our stay, and the location of the property is great. It was lovely being able to walk to so many great restaurants. The beach access is great as well.

Second time staying

The condo has everything you could need to make your beach vacation exactly what you are looking for. This is the second time we've stayed in this condo and love the location to restaurants, the grocery store, etc. It is extremely clean, and the owner has been fantastic on communication.

The place was right on the beach! They had plenty of beach chairs and umbrellas and lots of toys. The porch furniture was nice too. Beds were very comfortable. Good kitchen with supplies. Owner was very responsive when we had a problem.

Beautiful views

This is our second time staying at this home. We love it here. Right on the beach, beautiful condo and beautiful views. Everything you need is there or close by.Condo is equipped with everything you might need. Lots of restaurants or grocery stores are also near by. There are also 2 gas grills on the site for use. Staff on the grounds are friendly and keep the grounds clean. The pool is very refreshing on those hot days. Can’t wait to visit again!

You can’t get a better location! The pool and walk out to the beach was so convenient with small kids! If we needed anything it was so nice to be able to walk back quickly. Very close to restaurants. Sitting on the balcony was so nice. It was everything we needed! Thank you!

We had a great time. Great location, able to walk to many good restaurants and ice cream parlors. Clean property and pool. Condo was fantastic, the only bad points it got was the coffee maker was broken. Would definitely go back

Great Location

We had a great stay. Location was very good. Our unit was very nice, a little old. The second bedroom was a little tight and bed was a little uncomfortable. biggest complaint was there were no dressers to put clothes for the week.

Great condo

We really enjoyed our stay in this condo! We had a wonderful view of the ocean and loved the pool, shuffleboard, and corn hole games. The sand in front of us was so soft and white! We found more sand dollars than we have ever seen! Loved St Petersburg too! Took a golf cart tour of the city and enjoyed the Dali Museum! All the restaurants served delicious seafood! We would definitely recommend this condo on the ocean!

Just As Listed!

The property was clean, in a fabulous on-beach location, had all beach gear and necessary accessories for the beach, was in a convenient location to amenities/grocery stores, and overall was just as listed! Our family of five (2 adults, 3 older kids/teens) had a wonderful stay. The condo had beautiful views of the beach in the living room, master bedroom, and from the balcony. The host was very responsive to messages if needed but everything was as-described so we really only had a couple of questions. Would 100% recommend! First time VRBO experience was fantastic!

Perfect location!! We had an amazing 5 days in the condo! we couldn’t have asked for a more beautiful view! Our vacation did get cut short due to hurricane Helene! Ben, emailed us as soon as he heard there was a mandatory evacuation. Not knowing the area and flood zones, we had to find somewhere safe. We luckily found another VRBO to stay at for a couple days. We are home safe in Michigan ! Never planned on our vacation ending the way it did. But like I said the first 5 days was perfect !

Just Wonderful

Everything was very clean, seemed freshly renovated, and the beds were very comfortable. The property owner was very quick to respond to my message when I had a question which was nice. The location of the property is RIGHT next to the beach. Also, everything you could want to bring to the beach the owner already provides, which was awesome. There were beach chairs, pool noodles, floats, and stuff for playing in the sand for kids. The condo had a great view of the ocean, and the pool. This is a very nice area, and a great place to take your family to relax and enjoy the beach. If you’re looking for a place to stay for St. Pete, this is it. Myself and my family were very pleased with this VRBO rental, and I definitely recommend it to anyone looking.
