Very enjoyable vacation! This is an excellent condo and the whole place is family friendly. one suggestion If there was anyway that you could put a gate on the ocean side would be great for those of us who have to carry everything but the kitchen sink to the beach.

This was one of our best vacations as the unit is in a great spot. We walked down to the restaurants near us. Great family time and laughs. St. John's pass was also so much fun. We really had one of our best vacations as it was really nice that there were chairs and an umbrella there to use so I didn't have to purchase or rent them. Had a box fan to use while sleeping.

When the bedroom doors are closed the room gets very stuffy. Perhaps a ceiling fan would help. Love the kitchen and how well stocked it is. The front desk attentiveness was great. Beach view awesome. Easy access to a nice pool and the beach.

Perfection!

Our family of 4 with 2 teenagers loved this property. The master bed was so comfortable and the view of the gulf from the bedroom, living room and balcony is amazing. The property feels spacious except for the second bedroom which is small but still fine. The kids said the beds in the second bedroom were not very comfortable but they slept fine. The condo had everything we needed except beach towels but there were plenty of bath towels to use for the beach. I loved that they had fans in each closet to use. The kitchen had everything you could possibly need. We had perfect weather so we barely left the condo/beach except to walk to dinner one night. There are a few restaurants within walking distance. There were 2 different ladies at check in and check out and they were so friendly. At check in, I was shown how to cut through the pool area to go to beach and which key to use. I also really loved being on the top floor so we didn't have anyone else walking around above us. I must have overlooked that it was "coin laundry" when I booked it because I thought it would be in the condo so I'm not sure where the washer/dryer were located but it wasn't really necessary for us. I would definitely recommend this condo and would love to stay here again.

Clean property on the beach

The place is very clean and had nice views. Can hear the ocean from the balcony. Walking distance to restaurants. The single beds in the guest bedroom are very hard. Overall a really good stay.

Our stay was absolutely wonderful! The unit was exactly as depicted in the photos except for the view…the view was more stunning than the photos! Loved watching the sunset from the balcony…we even saw a rainbow one evening.
