I have to say I read all those reviews about Leanne and was a little skeptical however, Leanne is absolutely amazing. The one day we were there without her. I missed her. Everything about 406 was perfect. I couldn't have imagined a nicer place to stay and I've stayed at a lot of places on treasure Island in Saint Pete Beach. We just have a comment, or concern. We noticed this year that there was no one that came around at around 10:00 p.m. to straighten up the pool area and lock all the gates - we've been coming every year since 2007 and this is a first. The concern is that someone NOT staying at the Caprice could come in and possibly get hurt, especially since the lights shut off around that time and it's pretty dark. Hopefully, the situation will be rectified soon; I would hate for something bad to happen. Thank you!

Beach view!!

I’ve stayed in this area many times. Great location. Right on the beach. Kitchen has everything you need to cook. We always made breakfast. We had a 4th floor into facing the beach, perfect! 4 adults for a girls trip stayed here. Perfect for 4, but I think 5 would have been a squeeze just because the pullout is right in front of the sliding door to the deck. Would stay here again.
