Directly on the beach of historic Pass-A-Grille in St. Pete Beach, Florida. This one bedroom newly remodeled efficiency is clean and has a beautiful pool, spa, sauna, laundry facilities, outdoor grill, ping pong table and shuffle board.
Enjoy breathtaking beach views from your 2nd floor front windows as you relax and unwind from the day’s adventures.
This beautiful and well-cared for property is steps away from the white sand beach of Pass-a-grille on St Pete Beach, and easy walking to many of the shops, bars and dining located on 8th Ave. The Historic Fishing Pier is on the bay side at the end of 8th avenue and Pass-A-Grille Way, complete with fresh seafood shopping, boat tour rentals and more.
Your unit comes equipped with basic kitchen necessities, beach gear, linens, bath towels and beach towels. Starter toiletries and bathroom amenities are included with each stay.
A full time management staff is available during business hours. Please be advised there is no elevator!
