Enjoy the peace & quiet of this unique location, walking distance to local amenities, including Indian Shores landmark bar and restaurant "Caddy's Waterfront Dining" . Caddy's Waterfront Dining is famous for having the best fresh seafood, live music and amazing service. Enjoy a meal and drinks while you watch the boats go by.

The space
The large kitchen is designed for cooking a great meal while still enjoying your get away. In each room there are two large queen size beds, dressers, a large flat screen TV, large walk in closets. The living area has comfortable furniture, a dining area and another large flat screen TV. The large balcony is ideal for relaxing as a group and watching the sun go down. There are boat rentals next door.

*Pet policy* We can accept 1 small dog that weighs 35 pounds or less in this rental with paid non-refundable pet fee. Any other requests must be submitted and approved by management. Pet must not bother any surrounding guests and pet waste MUST be picked up by the pet owner.

1. No smoking/vaping in the unit. No illegal substances on the premises.
2. No parties or events.
3. No unapproved pets. Please notify management of any service animals.
4. Adhere to the local noise ordinances.
5. Rinse off and return any and all beach equipment at the end of each day. Do not leave equipment out overnight.

Best friends thanksgiving trip
Great location! Spacious apartment with no neighbors to worry about. Great balcony deck and numerous dolphin sightings in the intercoastal! Perfect jumping off point for enjoying the area. 2 minute walk across the street to the beach or next door for drinks at caddy’s!

Perfect location and beautiful property
This was a wonderful stay and we’d 100% stay again. Total blast being above the rental shop and loved having a restaurant next door. Clean, comfy, loved it!
Only feedback was that the provided lawn chairs, umbrella and beach cart were either missing, broken, or rusted through, and our only plans were to sit on the beach. We couldn’t reach the host via the app, and we were told they couldn’t help us over the phone since not an emergency and it was a holiday weekend. But after multiple attempts reached the property management company via email and they were quick to respond once we sent a photo of what we found for equipment and they were very apologetic. We had chairs within 20 mins of them seeing my email. Great stay tho and will totally stay again!

Beautiful property at great location
The pictures of this place do not do it justice! It was so much better than I expected. It doesn't look like much from the outside but the inside is beautiful! So comfortable inside and so many evenings spent on the patio enjoying the view. We had a small request after we arrived and it was immediately taken care of. Great communication throughout our stay and beforehand. The guys working downstairs were very helpful and friendly as well. It was a short walk across the street to the beach and also right next to Caddy's for some drinks and delicious fish tacos. Will definitely stay here again!!

Secretly -perfect get away!
Our week was incredible from beginning to end!
The boat house was a hidden gem! The pictures were on point but we were still surprised at how spacious & clean & well done this condo is!

Great location, Amazing View!
Caddy’s Boathouse is a wonderful place to stay! Spacious & clean apartment with all the amenities. It’s located right above Island Marine Rentals, where we also rented a pontoon for the day. Everyone who works there is friendly and welcoming. Perfectly located from everything! Super comfortable beds and a breathtaking view of the intercostal waterways from the balcony! Highly recommend:)
