The pool and hot tub were great, the bedrooms were spacious and clean the host was very responsive, we had a couple problems and the host took the actions we asked for.

This house is as advertised. Very spacious, clean, well equipped, and so convenient to shopping and beaches. Stephen is an excellent host and responds very quickly. We enjoyed the well maintained pool and hot tub. The house is located in a very quiet cove and is a very short walk to Millennium Park. A great place to walk or picnic. Highly recommend this place.

House was perfect for all our needs. New patio was super for dining, lounging, and tanning. We enjoyed the heated pool and hot tub! Host was very accommodating and answered all questions quickly and attended to all our needs!! Close to great food and beaches- beach chairs and umbrellas were included. Would stay here again! The house was as advertised. Everything was very clean accept for the pool which was probably the result of a storm blowing through just before we arrived. As mentioned in other reviews the house could use some painting. And the situation with needing to give a schedule for times you want to use the hot tub could be improved upon by having a timer accessible by the guest.

House was clean - pool area could use some updating. Lots of leaves and debris on top of the screened in lanai. Hot tub was only set to run in two 2 hour intervals, one in the AM & one in the evening. The inside of the house was in good shape, tvs worked, beds and furniture were comfortable. Overall it was good for our needs.

Wonderful stay!

We had thirteen people ranging from teens to adults who stayed in the home. We were very pleased with the home itself, the size of the home, the pool/jacuzzi, and the location of the home. I recommend this home and would stay there again.

Time with grandkids

We enjoyed being with all six of our grandkids. We enjoyed the pool and how close we were to the beaches. Plenty of room for all nine of us! Stephen was a great host and responsive to our questions without any delay. Great stay!

The house was well equipped. The kids loved the pool. We did see that some minor repairs are needed but this did not affect our stay. I do recommend to have pest control come in and spray, because my son got a very nasty spider bite while he was sleeping. We enjoyed our time. Plenty of room for all 9 of us.

Family Get-a-way

This place was the perfect house for my children and grandchildren. Plenty of room for us all with 5 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. We liked that one of the bathrooms was accessible from the pool area so we didn’t have to go thru the house to get to it. The grandkids loved the pool and hot tub. And beaches were only minutes away! Lots of family memories were made. Highly recommend when you are in need of extra room.

Great place for a family Christmas

We stayed here for a family vacation over Christmas. Plenty of room for everyone and the house was stocked enough for us to cook up a few meals. The pool and hot tub were fun. Hot tub is only turned on for 3 hours 7-10pm. Very clean home. The host kept in communication the whole time and was responsive to our questions. Will come back.

Great home near St Pete's Beach

Had a lovely stay at this VRBO home. Stayed with my husband and our 2 married kids/spouses with 3 granddaughters. Plenty of room for all. Kitchen very roomy with appliances easy to use. Host very responsive. Children loved the pool. Many attractions nearby, one great excursion we did was the Conquest Pirate ship cruise out of St Pete's beach- The adults got to drink from the bar and enjoy the cruise while the crew took care of the young ones with all kinds of pirate games. I took a walk through the nature park every morning and climbed the observatory tower, which is approximately a mile away from the house. Great stay.

Family Vacation

House was nice and looked just like it did in the ad. Ice maker was messed up had to buy ice. Dryer took for ever to dry towels. AC could not keep the upstairs cool during the day. Set it on 68 degrees and at 10pm going to bed it was 73 and warm. The pool was nice and plenty of room for everyone.
