This brand-new 3-bedroom, 2-bath home offers a bright and airy open-concept layout, ideal for relaxing with family and friends.     Perched on stilts, the house offers a breezy retreat with parking for two cars and stair access to the entrance.

    Important Information:

Place is beautiful , awesome location with beach, shops, & restaurants in walking distance. Place could use a vacuum to assist in cleaning up sand & there is not a hot tub.

House was exactly as advertised. Quick walk to the beach. Parking was very tight for SUVs. Bedrooms and bathrooms could use better window coverings. Well, some windows have no cover at all, so better is a bit inaccurate.
