- Newly renovated, coastal style 2-bed, 1-bath home. Dedicated workspace, in-unit laundry, patio seating, fenced in yard with plenty of parking in front! Located just a 2-min drive from charming downtown Dunedin, 1 block from the Pinellas bike trail, 10-min walk to the water and the Toronto BlueJays Stadium. Convenience store on the corner. 12-min drive to gorgeous Clearwater Beach! Please note this is a 1/2 duplex. Yard is shared with private patio.
