Surf Song #114 - A quaint, adorable ground floor 2 bedroom, 2 bath unit, just steps away from the relaxing, heated swimming pool and patio area. With tropical decorations throughout, this non smoking residence has been updated for added comfort to our guests. Free Wifi. There is no phone in this unit.

You will be required to sign a rental agreement with SunHost Resorts prior to a reservation being confirmed.

The open floor plan includes a well laid out living area with large flat screened TV, and kitchen table for four guests. The bright and airy kitchen includes granite countertops, newer appliances and fully stocked with utensils making your stay easy. Sleeping arrangements include a king sized bed in the master bedroom and two singles in the guest bedroom. The TVs in the living room and the master bedroom have cable. The guest room TV is a Smart TV. There is no cable box for that TV.

Parking space is conveniently located right by the unit. Linens, extra towels and pillows are provided for the comfort of our guests.

When staying in a SunHost unit you will also have access to 7 day a week office staff, office services (copy, print boarding passes etc.) We also have maintenance available 7 days a week if you experience any issues at the property and an after hours emergency on call person. Surf Song 114 is located just across the street from the famous John's Pass Village & Boardwalk.

The Pass is a quaint turn-of-the-century fishing village and Pinellas County's #1 tourist attraction. The Village has over one hundred unique shops, a variety of restaurants, the local fishing fleet, dolphin watching and shelling tours, boat rentals, parasailing and jet skiing. Best of all as a SunHost customer you can walk to this great entertainment destination. Anchor tenants include Bubba Gumps, Hooters and Hubbards Marina and also world famous Bamboo Beer Garden. You can access the Pass via the beach by traversing under John's Pass Bridge or any of a number of safety crosswalks.

Madeira Beach is a sought after community, just west of St. Petersburg. Its 2.5 mile beach is popular with sun lovers and offers some of the best fishing in the area. This beautiful Gulf getaway, has something for everyone, including water sports along some of the most beautiful crystal clear waters in the world.

Nearest airports are Tampa International Airport at just over 20 miles and St. Petersburg Clearwater International at 10 miles away.

Surf Song 114

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The room needs work. Floors in the closets are dirty. The dishwasher falls off the track EVERY time you pull it out, the wheels fall off. The wainscoting in the living room is coming off the wall. There were roaches even after they sprayed. This room is one of the most expensive rooms there and we rent it for two weeks at a time. There are no pots and pans. The ONLY reason we are renting it again next year is because it is the only two bedroom available. We will go to a different condo next time. I would recommend Surf Song to a friend but not unit 114. The rest of the complex is very nice, just not room 114.

Master shower is disgusting, the blankets are dirty and old and the floor is extremely dirty. The silverware and kitchen equipment is lacking.We like the unit due to the size and location but it needs some work.

This unit is not on the top of my "would rent again" list. Felt very cramped in the living area. We are a family with smaller children so we tend to cook more while on vacation however the basic pots and pans were not offered. We could barely make a box of Mac n cheese. Master shower is very small and almost uncomfortable to use. King bed felt like we were sleeping on a trampoline. I spent my week sleeping in the second room with my kids or on the couch, the bed was that uncomfortable. We love the area, love the pool, love the view of the ocean, love the resort but this unit is just not for us. We typically choose whatever unit is available for the times we want to go and for what fits our needs so we don't have "that one room" that we just have to have. We will be back next year for the 12th year running.
