Beautiful condo in waterfront gated community, close to beaches

Beautiful fully furnished 3rd floor unit in the gated Boca Shores Condominiums in St. Pete Beach. Intracoastal Waterway are steps away from your door, and it's a short walk to the beaches. Enjoy a cup of coffee in the morning or cocktail in the evening on the large Sunning Deck. Work out in the fitness center, swim in the heated pool around the corner from the unit, or check out the clubhouse which includes saunas, pool table, dart board, and book swap. Boca Shores has beautiful tropical landscaping and grills available for use.

Close to restaurants, shops, and some of the best beaches in the US with the greatest sunsets you'll ever see. Not far from St. Petersburg, markets, and tons of activities.

This unit has 1 bedroom with a queen bed and a pull-out sofa bed. Can sleep 4 total. 2 Smart TVs with cable and wifi included. Option for extra cleaning for an additional cost. Utilities are included. Linens and towels included, as well as everything you'd need in the kitchen.

*HOA requires 30 day minimum stay and $150 application fee and there is a $120 cleaning fee.

*Peak rental time is mid November - May.
*Off-peak is June - mid November.

Great Location

Boca Shores is a well maintained gated community on the intracoastal. Nearby beaches are among the best. The unit is spacious and nicely furnished. There is an elevator if needed, since the unit is on the third floor. The owners were responsive to some minor changes and I am confident this will become a 5 star property. Highly recommend.

I am giving the place a 4 only because the issues I had with the accommodations were handle EXPEDITIOUSLY by the host. The condo is old and could use some updating like newer appliances, fresh paint and popcorn removal and although the air conditioner works great, it is Very loud. The condo is in a great location where you can walk to a few restaurants and beach and enjoy the evening on the dock or by the pool. I must let it be known that because the entire lower floor was destroyed by the hurricane last year, their still might be a musty odor in the condo. Also, the condos are being remodeled so approx 8am construction begins and non residence are working around the complex. We were there for a month July-Aug, hopefully the drilling, sawing and hammering will be completed soon. The laundromat is about a10 min drive away but they are working on reopening the one that is approx. 3 blocks away.The owners were awesome host and did what they could to make us happy and feel comfortable.Thank youTami
