Beautiful 3 bedroom pool home a bicycle ride to one of Florida's most beautiful beach. Located 5 miles from Honeymoon Island State Park which is a Florida State Park located on Honeymoon Island, a barrier island across St. Joseph's Sound from Palm Harbor, Ozona, and Crystal Beach. When we first walked in, all I could say is "WOW". There is a reason why this property has exceptional reviews. Lori had wine and other goodies on the counter for us. Strawberries and grapes in the refrigerator. The home was warm and comfy and beautifully decorated. Kitchen was stocked with everything you could want. Beds and pillows were soft and comfortable.Eating breakfast on the covered lanai area was relaxing. Plenty of seating with a TV also. The pool was perfect and very clean. The neighborhood is quiet and it was nice to have a Publix so close by. Lori is a great host and checked in to see if we needed anything. We have stayed in other VRBO homes, but this one is the best.It was nice we could walk our dog around the neighborhood and feel safe. Neighbors were friendly.Hopefully some day we can come back.

Best Home Ever

We have been renting in Florida for the month of March for 15 years and this is the best home ever. The house is in a beautiful location that backs up to a wildlife sanctuary. The neighborhood is very quiet. The inside looks like it was staged for a Better Homes and Gardens photo shoot. All appliances are top of the line and the kitchen is outfitted with every possible need. The house is immaculate and the heated pool is cleaned once a week. Lori is a perfect host. She responds to any concerns or questions immediately and is more like a friend than a landlord.

Exceptional Home and Host

This is an exquisitely beautiful and spacious ranch home in a quiet little Palm Harbor neighborhood. Impeccably clean, lovely decor, the furnishings tasteful, plentiful and comfortable both inside and at the screen covered pool, the landscaping full and lush…absolutely a home deserving 5 stars all around. Lori is wonderful and her generosity an added gift. We wanted for nothing during our 5 day stay thanks to her exceptionally well stocked kitchen and laundry. We made the short drive daily to Duneden to enjoy the best meals and boutique shopping. We particularly enjoyed both The Crown and Bull and The Wild Iris Cafe for outdoor breakfasts. There was a Farmers Market in town center Friday morning as well. Honeymoon Beach was also a short drive and we very much enjoyed our time there. I highly recommended this destination.

Another lovely stay!

I can't say enough good things about this property. It is very clean, extremely well-stocked, thoughtfully decorated, and perfectly located. The layout of the house provides ample room for families and friends to have space to enjoy themselves without tripping over one another, and the backyard is fully fenced and offers plenty of lawn and seating for play and relaxation. I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a vacation home in the area.

FANTASTIC Rental

We had a fantastic stay at Lori's property! This rental was PERFECT for a family who is looking to relax by the pool. It was also close enough to local attractions (zooo, aquarium, Bush Gardens) for families looking to be out and about. We have already recommended this property to several people. Amazing vacation home

The home was AMAZING...exactly like the pictures. It was immaculately clean. Communication with Lori was easy and comfortable throughout including the whole process of booking, allowing and early check in, meeting her at the house (& her dog Molly:) to ensure everything was in order. She also keeps the kitchen beyond well stocked for her guests and of course we enjoyed her welcome pasta and salad dinner (& bottle of wine!) on our first night there. The home was everything we wanted for our family vacation....beautiful comfortable outdoor space around the pool, including the firepit area and hammock, The location was near stores and resturants, and in a quiet safe neighborhood (enjoyed morning walks). It was also a few minutes from beautiful Honeymoon Beach which we enjoyed immensely! You must eat at Frenchy's near the beach! I LOVE this home and location and most likely will stay here again if we return to the Clearwater area!!! Beyond 5 stars!!!

Best we have ever rented.

This house was perfect in every way. When I was bringing in the luggage my wife was inspecting the house. When I heard the tenth “Wow”, I knew it was going to be good. The house was spotless, all major appliances are top end, and small ones are Cuisinart. The kitchen is loaded with every utensil and condiment imaginable, perfectly organized. The indoor and outdoor furniture are very comfortable, and the layout of the house is perfect. The property backs up to a nature preserve so the are no neighbors visible when sitting outside by the pool. Lori was an excellent host. She had the makings of a spaghetti dinner and wine ready for us when we arrived. We stayed for a month. The landscapers came once a week and used electric mowers, trimmers and blowers.

Paradise in Palm Harbor

This property was more than we could have imagined. We have stayed in numerous VRBO homes, and this home far exceeded all our expectations. The home is beautifully decorated, super clean and well maintained. And, yes, the spaghetti dinner, wine, fruit and chocolates were just what we needed after a long day of driving! It definitely felt like a home away from home. It is so well stocked with everything you would ever want in the kitchen which made it so easy to make meals. Every time we had a question the homeowner was very quick to respond and help us out. It all made for a wonderful vacation away from the frigid cold and snow. The location is also perfect for spending time on the beach or a day at Busch Gardens. We look forward to spending time here again!!! Only next time - definitely staying longer! Thank you, Mae, for being such a wonderful hostess.

This was by far the very best VRBO experience we have had in our many years of travel. Lori could not possibly have done more to make our stay at her place more wonderful. Home away from home

This house and the neighborhood are very inviting; we felt extremely comfortable and safe from the start. The decor and layout are exceptional. You can see the entire living area and the pool area from the kitchen, and the master is on the opposite side of the house from the other two bedrooms, which lends privacy. The backyard faces south and gets sun almost all day, and it’s completely fenced in, with plenty of grass. Lori was very responsive, and the entire process was seamless. We hope this house is available next time we are in the area!

Attentive Host

Though our flights were canceled due to travel and we were unable to stay at this property, Lori was such an attentive host that we plan to rebook with her in the future. We could not have asked for better communication and kindness. We have stayed at a lot of VRBO’s and never had this level of personal communication. Would highly recommend!

Florida Summer

We have been using VRBO vacation homes since 2006, and this is, by far, the best one we’ve experienced. First, it has a great location. The beach, Busch Gardens and Tampa are all a short drive away. The neighborhood was very peaceful and perfect for taking our dog for a walk. Second, the property was spectacular. The living areas, both indoors and out, were unmatched by all the other homes we’ve stayed in. The pool is a nice size for everyone to share. Finally, the kitchen was well-equipped with good quality cookware, dishes and utensils. The stocked pantry had everything we needed (even though we brought a lot with us). The whole experience was like staying at our home away from home.

I can’t say enough about this fabulous host Lori and her beautiful home! She went above and beyond to make us feel welcomed. The home is even more beautiful in person. The house has all the amenities you could possibly need for a great stay. The beds were so comfortable and the entire home is beautifully decorated and spotless. This is definitely the nicest home we’ve stayed at! The highlight of our week was the outdoor living space with a gorgeous pool. We will most definitely be back!

Wonderful Hospitality

Our family of 6 stayed at Lori’s home for a week, she met us at the home when we first got into town to make sure we had everything we needed and answer any questions we had. Upon arrival she had the ingredients for a spaghetti dinner as well as a fruit and cheese board with a bottle of wine and drinks for the kids, after an 18 hour drive this was very much appreciated. Lori was an excellent host, she made sure that we had everything that we could possibly need including body wash and shampoo, laundry detergent, and all of the things you don’t necessarily think of until you need it!🤣 The kitchen was fully stocked and she even had tons of seasoning and oils to use for cooking. The home itself was in a perfect location for our family, we like to be close to the hustle and bustle without feeling like we’re surrounded by people, Lori’s house was the perfect choice for our stay. We visited Honeymoon Island almost daily, less than a 15 minute drive from the house, beautiful white sand beaches and turquoise waters. Our kids enjoyed the pool every day of our stay, the water temperature was perfect and the pool was sparkling clean. We will definitely book again when we come back!
