Walk close to the beach, restaurants, cocktails, ice cream, and many other shops. Plus, walk half a block into the neighborhood to fabulous Kolb Park with pickle ball, tennis, skateboarding, children’s playground, basketball (included), or enjoy watching a baseball game.
