Beachfront SeaBreeze Condo #102

This beautiful beachfront condo sits directly on the beach, with a balcony overlooking the beach and ocean. The view provides unbelievable sunsets. There is no better place to enjoy a drink at night or coffee in the morning. Ground level of the condo is parking and this unit is on the first elevated floor. Its perfect location places you on the white sands of Florida’s Gulf Coast. In less than a minute, you can leave the condo and have your feet on the warm sand.

Our two bedroom, two full bath condo is ideally located directly on Madeira Beach and within walking distance of the famous John's Pass and many other restaurants and bars. Enjoy the relaxing ocean waves or head down the street and partake in shopping and restaurants.

This is the perfect place to take a family. We want young families to have a relaxing time, so the condo is set up with a pack n' play, high chair, umbrella stroller. Plus we have children DVD's. Save the effort of hauling EVERYTHING with you, we have you covered!

We also have beach chairs, beach towels, beach umbrellas, and a small cooler for use.

Located just 36 minutes from Tampa International Airport, or 26 minutes from Clearwater/St. Pete Airport, you can be relaxing on the beach or in the pool & hot tub within and hour of landing. Head just 30 minutes north to visit Clearwater's Pier 60 or Clearwater Marine Aquarium to visit Hope and Winter! Bush Gardens is just 45 min away too. With several nearby golf courses, public parks, shops, bars, and restaurants, you won't be bored. This is an ideal location to just relax on the beach, or enjoy all the fun Florida's Gulf Coast has to offer.

First trip to Madeira Beach

Other than the cool weather and wet days, we had a good stay and enjoyed a few days of walks on the beach, John’s Pass shopping and lots of good seafood. Condo was clean and had supplies needed for basic cooking. Love the view and easy access to the beach.

Wonderful clean place with a great host

We've stayed at Ryan's place 3 times now and it's always clean, comfortable and a great stay. Ryan is a great host that is always in communication before, during and after our stay. The house has plenty of extras and is always clean when we arrive. The beds are comfortable and there is plenty of hot water. We love staying here and look forward to coming back yearly for our annual family vacation. I highly recommend this place for beautiful beach/sunset views and easy check-in/check-out.

Beautiful sunsets

Everyone in my group enjoyed this property. Loved watching the sunsets from the balcony and having the beach and ocean a few steps away. The condo is kept up very well and had everything we needed for a great trip. I appreciated Ryan checking in with us upon arrival to make sure we didnt have any issues. Will definitely stay again.

Marvelous Madeira Condo

We had a great stay! Nice, spacious apartment, clean sheets, covers, comfortable main room bed. The kitchen had everything we needed for food prep. The view of the ocean on the balcony with my morning coffee was the best! Definitely a repeat!

An amazing location. The condo needs to be updated. The furniture was old and I could not use any of the drawers or dressers in the second bedroom. They smelled horrible and musty. They need to be replaced. We had to replace the air-conditioning filter, ourselves. It was very dirty and I don’t know how long it had not been changed. I appreciated the icemaker and the location of the condo. It was very convenient.Our overall stay was very good and the owner kept in touch with us. Just a little disappointed on the interior of the condo. It needs a little facelift.

We had a very nice stay in this condo with our daughter & grandson. It's nicely decorated, quiet, and the beds are comfortable. It was well stocked for the most part. The K cup coffee maker was missing and since I brought coffee pods, I contacted the owner who arranged for another to be delivered within hours. Awesome response! We ran out of paper towels & trash bags 2 days before the end of our stay. We didn't feel it was worth bothering the owner again, so picked some up at the 7-11 across the street (very convenient.) There is a closet with various recreational & beach equipment, and the complex also provides pool & beach toys. The complex itself is well cared for and is directly on a nice stretch of beach. I took away a star for cleanliness because the windows and blinds in the master bedroom were dirty. It seems the housekeeper simply forgot as the rest of the condo was quite clean. Also, for the security of the residents, keypads are used everywhere, so we had to track 3 different codes for our stay, which was a bit of a hassle.

Loved this place!

This condo was in an amazing location! We could walk to John’s Boardpass to the shops and restaurants. The condo had everything you need, beach chairs, umbrellas, sand toys for kids, even a cooler. The condo was very clean with a spacious master bedroom! Conveniently located on the first floor and an easy walk to the beach. Ryan, the owner, had excellent communication the entire time. Definitely would recommend to anyone!

Perfect Find for Young Family

First, the location is excellent! Just a few steps and you’re on the beach and can easily enjoy the gulf from the balcony as well. This is a must for our beach vacations! We also loved that it was on the first floor so we didn’t have to wait on the elevator all the time. The condo was the perfect find for our young family. Because it was stocked with beach chairs, beach toys, and boogie boards - our kids had a blast (and we didn’t have to haul our own stuff down). The owner was very responsive when we initially had trouble with the code lock. John’s Pass was too far of a walk with the ages of our kids but plenty of parking when we drove down. We loved it so much, we talked about planning our next beach vacation around the availability of this rental!

Fabulous family friendly spot!

This was our first time traveling with our three kids (ages 3-8), and what stood out to us about this listing (beyond how beautiful it was) was how inviting they were for families. Little things like providing a pack n' play, beach toys, beach chairs, umbrella, beach towels, etc. made it even easier to travel and not worry about packing these things on the plane or renting them here for additional money. The unit was great, with ample space for our family of 5. Absolutely loved hanging out on the balcony and having slow mornings where we could gaze out at the ocean while sipping our coffee. The views were stunning, and we even saw dolphins a few mornings! The pool and hot tub area was a great bonus - our 6-year-old even learned how to swim on her own this trip! It's a short drive, or even walking distance to John's Pass, which is a great area to visit multiple times. Overall, we had an amazing time and would definitely visit again!

Great Trip! Beautiful Views!

After being avid travelers and then pausing on travel during COVID and the birth of our daughter, we couldn't have asked for a better place to start vacationing again and for our first time, with our almost 3 year old. The location was very easy to get to from TPA and walking distance to shops, restaurants, and boat excursions. This is highly recommended to avoid high parking costs in Johns Pass. The unit was clean and comfortable, could use a few little updates but for our little family it had just what we needed and for the beach too - towels,umbrellas, chairs,stroller, etc. We even contributed some beach toys to the bin before we left. There are also some guest supplies in the garage area downstairs. Being on the first floor was nice to avoid waiting for the one elevator for the back and forth to the condo. It was also great because you could see down to the pool but didnt have it right by the room. Sunsets were beautiful and easy walk to the beach, you didn't have to walk far which was much needed with our little one. Overall highly recommend and would easily stay here again.

Seabreeze, Madeira Beach

The only thing good about this property is location, excellent beach, warm water and close to John Pass with tons of activities to do. Other than that, not much to talk about. Our check in was bad. We arrived late at 1.30 am. Although I'd emailed the host a couple of days prior the concern about it, he assured me that I'll get the code to get into the building without any problem. Well, the code to the condo was not activated for some reason. Despite me calling the host several times for help without any answer, we were stuck at the door until 2.30 in the morning. We were about to leave to find the hotel but gave it one last try when the door opened. He activated it remotely for us. The bedding and bathroom stuff are very old and need replacements. And the worst part of the condo was the cockroaches infestation. It needs spray or fumigation badly. They were everywhere, when you opened the kitchen cupboards. We have to sanitize our luggage for days for fear of bringing the problem home with us. I love the location and the beach but would not stay there again in the future.
