Welcome to John's Pass-Time Beach Cottage #2, a peaceful 2-bedroom, 1-bathroom beachfront condo nestled in the heart of Madeira Beach. This cozy escape blends comfort and coastal charm, you will never want to leave!

Perfectly designed for comfort and relaxation, the condo features a cozy living room with a comfortable couch, Smart TV, and sliding doors that lead to a large, covered balcony. The kitchen is stocked with dishes, utensils, and cookware—everything you need to prepare meals at home. Each bedroom is furnished with a queen bed, and the full bathroom includes a walk-in shower.

Step out onto the balcony to enjoy gorgeous views of the Gulf of Mexico, where you'll find lounge chairs and a dining set—an ideal spot to unwind and catch the sunset each evening. Outside, the beachfront area offers a shared charcoal grill, picnic table, and a relaxing hammock. You will also have a shared laundry room for use, free wifi and 2 parking spaces on site.

John's Pass-Time Beach Cottages consists of 2 units. Cottage #1 is on the ground level and Cottage #2 is on the upper level. This property can be rented individually or as a whole, based on availability.

The house was great and the view/proximity to the water was fantastic. The stove top is an issue. the burners weren't always working right and the fan is not effective. I also wanted to let you know that I left two beach chairs next to the downstairs unit - our contribution since we could not bring them back. Thank you!
