Surf Song #346 - Beautiful and completely updated 1 bedroom 1 bathroom condo in popular Surf Song Resort is ready for you to start making vacation memories! This ideal retreat will be your home away from home, where everything is here to start your get-away. At 660 square feet, with tropical decor, this upgraded home starts in the living room which has very nice leather furniture and television. From here, step out into the private balcony which offers wonderful ocean views. Here is the perfect spot to enjoy your favorite cocktail while witnessing beautiful Florida sunsets. Free Wifi

The kitchen, with granite counter space and newer kitchen appliances comes fully prepared for your visit with all the essentials to make your stay enjoyable. There is also a dining area, just outside the kitchen, perfect for playing games, or enjoying a meal. The living room has a large leather sofa. The private balcony offers some of the best ocean views available. Here is the perfect spot to enjoy your favorite cocktail while witnessing some of the most beautiful Florida sunsets.

You will be required to sign a rental agreement with SunHost Resorts prior to a reservation being confirmed.

The master bedroom is furnished with a king sized bed and television. This is a perfect unit for a couple. Kitchen utensils, linens, extra pillows and sufficient towels are fully stocked upon arrival. Please note this is a non-smoking home.

When staying in a SunHost unit you will also have access to 7 day a week office staff, office services (copy, print boarding passes etc.) We also have maintenance available 7 days a week if you experience any issues at the property and an after hours emergency on call person. Naturally from this ideal location, you are just steps from the gorgeous gulf beaches and huge heated swimming pool that will be popular with the entire family. BBQ facilities provided.

Another sought after attraction? John's Pass Village is right across the street! The Pass is a quaint turn-of-the-century fishing village and Pinellas County's #1 tourist attraction. The Village has over one hundred unique shops, a variety of restaurants, the local fishing fleet, dolphin watching and shelling tours, boat rentals, parasailing and jet skiing. Best of all as a SunHost customer you can walk to this great entertainment destination. Anchor tenants include Bubba Gumps, Hooters and Hubbards Marina and also world famous Bamboo Beer Garden.

Madeira Beach is a sought after community, just west of St. Petersburg. Its 2.5 mile beach is popular with sun lovers and offers some of the best fishing in the area. Best sleep ever with a condo rental

Surf Song does need a new sign out front to make it easier to find. They also need to install a bathroom by the pool. It was a long way to our room. The balcony was nice, just a little small. There is quite a bit of road noise and garbage truck work on Sunday morning.

Spring visit to St Pete

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The location and view from our room was perfect. It had all the amenities we could ask for. I could have avoided the Vrbo fee by booking directly with the resort, but you live and learn. The laundry rooms are very convenient and well located. We did not try the pool, but others that were there seemed to enjoy it. Will have to go in next time. Beach access could not have been better. John’s Pass although close is not noisy, except for the music from the bar is slightly heard during the day, very quiet at night. We will stay again and remember to book directly thru the resort.

Another care free stay at Surf Song

We had another wonderful stay at Surf Song. Unit #346 was perfect. Very updated and a very comfortable bed. Couldn't ask for better. Management has and is doing a lot to beautify the grounds with new landscaping and other improvements. Can't wait until our next visit.

Not a problem I took the steps. A couple of the lights were burned out... especially in the bathroom where the lighting is poor anyway. The towel racks in the bathroom are loose from the wall... I was afraid to hang anything on them. Hand soap at both sinks would be nice. All in all it was a good experience.
