The primary bedroom offers a King-size bed and coastal chic design with TV, while the 2nd bedroom also has a King-size bed and TV, and the 3rd bedroom has twin bunk beds and a separate twin bed, totaling 3 twins. There is space in garage to store your beach items so you don't have to haul them upstairs.

Indian Shores, a quiet beach community just south of Indian Rocks Beach, is known for its charm, stunning sunsets, and variety of shops and restaurants. Don't miss the Suncoast Seabird Sanctuary, one of the largest nonprofit bird hospitals in the country.

Separate check-in location: Before going to the condo, guests must check in at the Plumlee Vacation Rental office at 411 2nd Street in Indian Rocks Beach. Your welcome packet will include your unit access information, parking pass, Wi-Fi details and arrival instructions. The reservation holder must sign the vacation rental agreement and present a government-issued photo ID and credit card.

Late and Sunday arrivals: Guests arriving after 5:30 p.m. or on Sunday may retrieve their welcome packet from the orange lockbox at the rental office. The reservation holder must complete check-in at the office on the next business day.

Additional guest perks: Complimentary weekday beach-cruiser bicycles are available from the Plumlee office. The office also offers complimentary oversized parking for boats and RV trailers.

Beach chairs, umbrellas and oversized beach towels are available to rent at check-in; current pricing is available from the rental office.
