Come escape from it all and relax in this modern 2 bedroom 2 bath condo, fully equipped kitchen with granite counter tops, private gulf front balcony with amazing views of the Gulf of Mexico. Master offers king bed and guest bedroom has 2 twin beds. In unit washer/dryer. Spectacular sunsets, shopping and restaurants all within walking distance at an unbelievable gulf front property conveniently located in the heart of Treasure Island. Free parking for one vehicle per unit, free WIFI, stunning grounds with ping pong, shuffleboard, horseshoes, heated pool and grill area with outdoor seating. Beach chairs and umbrellas are provided for our guests.

Great location

Overall, the place was just what we were looking for. Great location and well stocked with all the essentials. The living room couch is super uncomfortable though. It creaks and sinks when you sit down and had no support. Luckily the weather was great and we spent most of our time on the beach anyway.

My rating would be higher except for the construction on each side of this property, they start making noise very early. This is no fault of this property, and will certainly be very different once construction is done, but it does affect the overall experience

Beautiful views

All in all the property was as described. The sunsets were beautiful. The kitchen cabinets had veneer falling off that was tacked on with thumb tacks and there was obvious water damage to the master bedroom vanity. In addition, the A/C was not operable. I missed dinner plans because I had to wait for the property manager to contact an HVAC company to come and fix the AC. The A/C was never fixed. Accommodations were fair for the price.

The property needs some updating. Fan was broken and floors were filthy. Both were taken care of as soon as we called. The kitchen table chair was broken. But the maintenance person, Johnny was fantastic. Front desk people
