Beach front condo with balcony

Beautiful beach front studio condo, located directly on Treasure Island beach. The room includes a king size bed where you can fall asleep to the sounds of waves crashing. A kitchen with granite counters, microwave, pots, pans, dishware and utensils, stainless appliances, etc.
This is the perfect place to get away and relax. The beautiful sunsets are just waiting to be viewed from the comfort of your balcony or step outside the resort and put your toes in the white soft sand. A tiki bar downstairs offers refreshing beverages, and snacks by the pool overlooking the Gulf of Mexico.
Newly renovated Island Inn Resort has 2 elevators for easy access to the 4th floor room, a pool with a fun tiki bar, outside grills and covered tables are available for use. Beach chair/cabana rentals are available on the beach. Free parking is available infront of the resort or across the street.
Walking distance to local bars and restaurants and a short ride to the famous John's Pass. A beach trolleys run every half hour. Boat docks are available for rent across the street. The unit has been family owned for 10 years.

  • Oh Nom! for whatever reason the dining room was empty when we walked in. The ambiance & service was charming enough (I particularly enjoyed them showing "Teen Wolf") & the sushi rolls were a great value--the veggie rolls are to be missed but hey we are in the south-->it's always a gamble when your vegetarian appetizer isn't fried :)

Breathtaking sunsets from your balcony

My husband I went down here to celebrate our 20th wedding anniversary from Saint Louis, mo. We had the time of our lives because of not only the beach and relaxing and watching the gorgeous sunsets (the best we’ve ever seen anywhere else in Florida) but the close proximity to John’s pass and other awesome restaurants. We will definitely be back Treasure Island

Amazing time. We woke up to the ocean view and walked right out onto the beach. We rented a car but we really could walk to many restaurants and bars. Amanda was awesome. She was quick to respond to our questions and when our ride to the airport fell through she was right there to help us out.

My wife and I decided a west coach beach trip this year. It was amazing. The room while small was perfect. Clean, fairly updated and great for a beach getaway. Host recommended some places to go and they were very good. Thanks again we hope to go back again.

Amazing view even saw dolphins several,days from the balcony. Tiki bar at pool is amaIng as well. Everything you need for a week. Host was very helpful and very informative. Very quick response.

This was all about location. Perfect. The condo was nice for a couple. Had everything we needed. The beach is beautiful and we enjoyed the view. The building had some construction going on but it did not affect our stay. Highly recommend.

Gulf front sunsets

This vrbo has one of the closest to the water locations on Treasure Island. The condo itself was just as advertised: comfortable quarters with a great view. It gave a clean feel although I did find a few minor things that the cleaning crew could easily miss. The owner was very responsive and generously accommodating- it was an added bonus to rent from a family owned unit rather than a company owned one.

Perfect location

Perfect location, right on beach and foot spray off at hotel, walk to restaurants, Johns Pass and St Pete beach also very close. We even are thinking of possibly buying a possible place here. Our only knock was the cleanliness of the property. Could have definitely been better, needs a little touch up here and there, hall sink has hardly any water flow, shower handle is no working correct, floor seemed sandy when first arrived. I would still stay again.

Wonderful stay

My sister and I stayed on 4th floor. It was quiet, easy to get to with the elevator. The room was litterally 1 room, but the view was fantastic, nice small balcony. Small kitchen, but it is new. It had everything you needed. The pool was always clean, the bar was near the pool, the beach was nice clean, the chairs and umbrellas were always available.
