Perfectly situated directly on the Gulf of Mexico and just a short walk from Johns Pass Village & Boardwalk, offering convenient access to restaurants, shopping, watersports, fishing charters, and local attractions. This unit has two available parking spaces exept for the week of the 4th of July ( limited to one space).

    You will be required to sign a rental agreement with SunHost Resorts before your reservation is confirmed.

Beautiful Place Beautiful View

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The place is beautifully furnished, comfortable beds, nice showers with good water pressure. Big size beds and unit is very spacious and clean. Only thing there is only 1 elevator for the whole building, can be very hectic in the morning or checkout time. On our last day, they did renovation on the elevator supposedly from 9.30pm-7am,last minute notice, and it wasn't working til we have to leave at 8 am, we had to carry our luggage 6 floors up and down. Every door has codes to enter, so bring a piece of papers or your phone. Other than that, we really enjoyed our stay,it's close to everything including restaurants and places.
