Accessible from both the living room and bedroom, the balcony offers a peaceful setting for morning coffee, afternoon relaxation, and colorful Indian Shores sunsets.

Inside, the comfortable living area features coastal decor, tile flooring, a flat-screen cable TV, and a full size sleeper sofa. Sliding glass doors bring natural light and Gulf views into the condo, while the open dining area provides a convenient place for meals or games.

The updated, fully equipped kitchen features granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, plenty of cabinet space, and a breakfast bar. Prepare breakfast before heading to the beach, pack snacks for a day by the beach or enjoy a relaxed dinner at the condo.

The bedroom features a king bed, private balcony access, wood look LVP flooring, a flat-screen cable TV, and plenty of storage. The full bathroom includes a double sink vanity and a spacious walk-in shower. A full size sleeper sofa in the living room provides additional accommodations.

The Beach Cottages I & II community offers direct access to Indian Shores Beach, a heated Gulf front swimming pool, a hot tub, an expansive furnished sun deck, three gas grills, poolside restrooms, an outdoor shower, an interior elevator, and stairs.

Located along Gulf Boulevard, Beach Cottage II 405 places guests near Indian Shores restaurants, local shops, watersports, and family friendly attractions. Indian Rocks Beach, North Redington Beach, Clearwater Beach, and St. Pete Beach are also within easy reach for exploring Florida’s Gulf Coast.

Saturday arrivals are required during peak seasons. Maximum occupancy is four guests, including infants. One assigned covered parking space is provided. This is a non-smoking and pet-free vacation rental. Check-in begins at 4:00 PM, and check-out is by 10:00 AM.
