Wake up to direct, unobstructed beach views from this stunning top-floor corner condo located across the street from the sand in historic downtown Pass-A-Grille. With sweeping Coastal views from the private balcony, living room, and primary bedroom, this two-bedroom, one-bath retreat offers front-row views of some of the most breathtaking sunsets on Florida’s west coast—perfect for morning coffee or evening cocktails.

Designed to comfortably sleep up to six guests, the condo features a king bed in the primary bedroom, a queen Murphy bed and twin trundle bed in the second bedroom, and a bright, open living space filled with coastal light. A washer and dryer are located inside the unit, making longer stays easy and convenient. Guests also enjoy access to a shared pool, adding another way to relax after a day at the beach.

For your beach days, the unit includes six beach chairs, a beach umbrella, and a cooler, so you’re fully prepared to cross the street and enjoy the shoreline.

Pass-A-Grille and St. Pete Beach offer the perfect mix of charm and activity, making this an ideal destination for families and friends looking to unwind while staying close to local dining, shopping, and seaside attractions.

To ensure a peaceful stay for everyone, the property is non-smoking, pet-free, and no parties are permitted. A signed rental contract and valid government-issued ID are required prior to check-in. Perfect Location!

We had an amazing stay at this condo. Location across from the beach and near restaurants was perfect. The whole condo was clean, comfortable, and worked well for our family of four. It had everything we needed for our stay. The master bedroom has a really comfortable adjustable bed. The pool was really great too!

A vacation away from the crowd

Quick and painless check in and check out. Conveniently located across the beach and a walks away from breakfast nooks, brunch spots and rooftop dining. Great fishing is opposite of the beach where the grouper, flounder and trout bite was on fire. My 3 year old caught her first fish by herself. Overall a great stay with plenty of memories made.

Pass a Grille Heaven

The condo was beautiful and very well stocked for all needs. Towels, beach chairs, kitchen stocked perfectly too. Very spacious with updated furnishings and appliances. Balcony had a full Gulf Front view. Also very spacious. Could walk to restaurants and local boutique shopping. We’ll be back.

Clean, with Nice location and view!

It was a super nice little spot for our family of 4. Great location to walk to the beach, food, shops, and enjoy a laid back trip. The absolute only downside was construction debris, including screws and other remnants from work being done on the bed and on the porch. Not great when you have toddlers, but otherwise the unit is nice, quiet, clean, and has every amenity you could need!

Great place for a family vacation!

We love this area and visit several times a year. This is the first time we have been able to stay at this condo. Great place and we had a wonderful time. The location is spot on, place was clean, and well taken care of. Beach right across the street and great pool for the end of the day. It was quiet and my family with younger kids felt very comfortable. Property management was very responsive and took care of anything that I had questions about or if something was not working; one day internet and AC another. Highly recommend!

Perfect family beach vacay

We loved this corner unit directly across the street from the walk on beach access. It is quiet but still conveniently located. Sunset from the generously sized balcony was stunning. Our family was unable to locate beach towels but that have been a one time oversight. The unit was equipped with everything else we needed-full kitchen etc. Primary bedroom was without issue, large bed and spacious room. Walk through sleeping area was equipped with a Murphy bed and a single with a pullout underneath. My 14 year old son wasn't comfortable on the pull out or the Murphy bed so our 16 year old opted for the single (which was lovely) and the 14 year old found the couch quite comfy. The Murphy and pull out may have been a perfect option for smaller children. The pool and beach chairs were awesome and I cannot say enough good hings about the location. We will be back!

Tech travel makes it so easy to check in and out and register the car for parking. The proximity to the beach and restaurants plus the pool downstairs makes it perfect for us with young kids. Even better, the balcony with the gulf view is amazing for sunsets and continuing to enjoy the beach even after the kids go to bed. Our water somehow got turned off the first morning of our stay, but tech travel was super responsive and all over it, and it was back on within 15 minutes of contacting them. They even followed up to confirm everything was good. We’ll be back!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The location was perfect wonderful view of the Ocean. The Master bedroom bed was very nice. No dressers just cubbies to store your clothes and a closet to hang clothes. The second bedroom is a walk thru to get outside. Single bed and a Murphey bed that pulls down from the wall neither one very comfortable for adults. when the murphy bed is pulled out be careful, so you don't trip on end of murphy bed not a lot of room. no dressers in that room just cubbies to store clothes. The view and location could not be better. The porch is the perfect place to sit outside. Part of the porch has a overhang so out of the direct sun and the rest of the porch has no overhang so lots of sun. High table with 4 chairs and 2 full lawn chairs on sun side 2 seat couch and table on the shaded side. very nice. The management was wonderful microwave handle was broken and they came and replaced it with in an hour. The toilet kept running and the man was there right away to fix it. Management very nice and friendly. The pool is nice and walk across street and start collecting shells. If your looking for a place with an Ocean view it will be perfect. I spent all my time on porch when not out looking for shells. I would like to get information on Apt 6 couple staying there said it was a 1 bed room. Very much enjoyed my stay very quiet and relaxing.

Perfect Location in Paradise!

Initially was choosing between this rental or Tradewinds and so glad we made the right choice! We had a couple of issues, one being the A/C, but service recovery of staff was top notch! We felt such effort to resolve the issue and the pros outweigh the cons by far. The baby monitor reaches the beach so that is something to note for families with babies! Lovely place, balcony overlooking the ocean is awesome, we never even used the pool because we beached all day everyday! And location definitely cannot be beat. Brass Monkey closeby has good food too. Great coffee shop in the corner. Good Vibes all the way! 100% recommend & will definitely be back!

Upon arrival, all of the lights and fans were on and it was so inviting, along with a very large and immaculate place. The apartment was equiped with all of the kitchenware and kitchen appliances, nice furniture, and was perfect with a king bed in the separate bedroom and a double pull-down and twin bed with a trundle pull-out in the second bedroom. The dishwasher, and washer & dryer was a huge plus, along with beach chairs, beach towels, iron and other amenities. The view of the Gulf was fantastic with many windows inside and a large wrap-around porch outside. The pool in the back was warm and was great for after the beach or during days not on the beach. This rental is situated in the most convenient part of Pass-A-Grille and a few steps away from 8th Ave, Brass Monkey, Paradise Grille and the beach. I can't say enough good things about this rental. We will definitely be back.
