Welcome to Madeira Norte condo. Gulf front condo at Johns Pass. Relax and enjoy the breath-taking view from our 2-bedroom ,2-bath, and a 24`x 6`Balcony!!! Direct beach front 3rd Floor fully furnished condo. With a keyed elevator.

Walk from both the master bedroom and livingroom to our spectacular 240+degree view of Madeira Beach and the Gulf of Mexico. Experience floridas amazing sunsets. View them from the 3rd floor balcony. Look to the south and you will see the entrance to the world-renown John Pass, and catch a glimpse of the fishing, pleasure boats as they enter the inlet to gain access to the intercoastal waterways or exit to cruise the warm waters of the Gulf of Mexico.

Our 2 bedroom condo is fully furnished, and is a Gulf front corner unit. It is decorated in the typical floridian beach style , with a blend of carpeting in the bedrooms and Italian ceramic tile throughout the kitchen, dinningroom.
Enjoy a light meal in our kitchen. The kitchen looks into a very spaciocus livingroom/dinningroom Offering a spectacular view of the beach for everyone.


Our corner unit spoils anyone staying in our master bedroom. Enjoy the wonderful florida sunshine with windows facing north and a sliding glass walk-out to the balcony.
king size bed and oversized ensuite with a full bath and a walk-in closet.
Our guest bedroom enjoys a breathtaking view of the coastline which is as beautiful in the day as it is in the evening! This room is furnished with two twin beds, large closet and a private full ensuite bathroom.

Our kitchen is fully equipped with a eat-in stand-up bar,dishes,cookware, utensils, dishwasher, mircrowave, toaster, coffee maker as well as with a washer/dryer.
Other amenitles include cable t.v in both bedrooms and livingroom , phone and complementary interent access.

Lounge around in the sun in a recently upgrated heated pool. And there is also BBQ area equipped with tables and chairs and charcoal grill for your use.. Enjoy the palm trees blowing in the wind and sea salt scents in the air.


Our unit is located directly across the street from the famous Johns Pass village & boardwalk waterfront. John Pass is a quaint turn-of the century #1 Tourist Attraction! Johns Pass also offers a huge variety of restaurants, shopping, watersports.
Such as Bubba Gumps, Hooters, Friendly Fisherman, The Hut/sports bar, Sculleys, many Ice cream and candy shops.
Shopping : Del sol,sport fan attic, surf style, bronze lady, landing company jewelry, sun glasses and gilfs. Over a 100 unique shops!
Water sports and activities : Local fishing charters available, dolphin watching, pirate ship, Don's dock bait and tackle, boat rentals, parasailing and jet skiing....
We also have another unit same view, same floor just opposite corner. For those that need two units... The Listing # is 854304 for our other condo.

GREAT LOCATION, GREAT UPDATES

Loved the location, love the updates that have been done. Check in and out was easy. Great communication with host. Only suggestion would be to add a few extra pillows.

We stayed here for about two weeks, my family for spring break. The condo is beautiful and stocked with most things you need! The location is great as you can walk across the street to John’s Pass/ restaurants, but also be directly on the beach. The view from the condo is beautiful. Keith was great to work with and responded with any questions we had. We definitely would love to stay here in the future!

Outstanding gulf views, central location, walkable to many restaurants, winery, brewery, shopping. Condo had recent upgrades. Would definite recommend and may revisit.

Gorgeous beachfront getaway

Beautifully updated, beachfront condo with amazing views of the Gulf. Large balcony with access from main bedroom and main living area. Lovely end unit, covered parking, fully equipped kitchen, spacious and comfortable. Walking distance to John's Pass and easy access to the beach. Would highly recommend and will definitely return.

Beautiful Condo

This was the perfect view and location for us. We highly recommend and will be booking next year hopefully. The only negative thing was that there was not extra toilet paper or garbage bags but I’m sure it was just an oversight on the cleaners.

Beautiful Condo in a Great Location!

We absolutely enjoyed our stay! The condo was immaculate and had everything we needed. We enjoyed the picture-perfect views of the from the balcony daily and the new outdoor furniture was very comfortable! The host was extremely easy to communicate with and provided detailed stay information. The condo is just across the street from John's Pass which provides many places to shop, eat, drink, boat rides, etc. We thoroughly enjoyed our visit to Madeira Beach!

Very nice and convenient.

The condo was one of the nicest we have stayed in. The convenience of having John's Pass directly across the street was great. You are still close enough to drive to Clearwater or St Pete also. We will definitely be seeing if this condo is available on our next trip to Madeira Beach. The parking spot for this unit is also covered and next to the elevator.

Beautiful, updated home

The condo is just beautiful. Renovated within the last year. From the white tile floors, to the white kitchen and the great balcony furniture, this unit is top notch. The location is directly across from all the restaurants and shops of John's Pass. Plus it's a couple minutes drive to many fine restaurants like the new Don the Beachcomber. We plan on returning next year to this condo with a great, relaxing beach.

Best condo in Madeira Norte!

We’ve stayed in many condos in Madeira Norte but this one stands out from all of them. Recently remodeled with attention to detail from the night lights, beautiful tile and furnishings to the chairs on the balcony, and the best beach views, this condo is the best in the building! Thanks to the owners for all the upgrades and a continued great vacation location! I should have bought it when the original owners put it up for sale! Don’t miss this beauty and views!

Fun in the Sun

We enjoyed our 2 week stay. This was our 2nd time staying in this unit and was pleasantly surprised to find the unit was remodeled since our last stay. In my opinion A+ changes were made. Fully stocked kitchen, all the beach toys you would need are provided unlike some of the units in this building which dont even provide a beach towel. The highlight of this trip was having a manatee swim right up behind me while floating in the ocean. Would definitely stay again.

Not a good place for kids and more

Location is great. Thats the ONLY pro. Cons:cockroaches in condo. A person came 2 spray the entire building during our stay. If you have kids, it’s not the place for you. There are many rules at the pool (it’s VERY tiny). The residents that live here FT will yell @ you if you are breaking any of the rules & threaten 2 call the mngmt co. Specific rules 1 resident was focused on were no more than 8 people in the pool (we had 9 just in our fam), no pool floats or toys,& no jumping. She was yelling @ kids if they were jumping or had toys. This behavior made for an uncomfortable 7 night stay. Also,there are no bathrooms on the pool level. If you have 2 use the bathroom,you have 2 wait for the very slow & SMALL elevator & go 2 your room. One of the elevators broke,which made things very inconvenient. Our condo specifically was not cleaned prior 2 our arrival. After we saw the first cockroach,we started looking under beds,couches,ect. We found garbage/food wrappers,used forks,hairbrushes, other people’s clothes that were left behind. This left me wondering what was actually cleaned? We took off all the bedding & washed it all-there is a washer/dryer in the unit,but the washer had black mold in it,we tried to clean. I wiped down all surfaces & vacuumed. It’s unfortunate that I had to pay a large cleaning fee,yet I had 2 clean the entire condo on the 1st day of our stay. The owner did offer 2 have the cleaner come back the next day, but I already cleaned.

Everything was fabulous. The condo is beautiful absolutely beautiful and so is the view. It’s very lovely inside all contemporary. I would love a chance to be in this condo again. The host was so nice and easy to talk to. Thankfully we didn’t have any issues. I highly recommend this beautiful place.

We stay at Madeira Norte every year (9 years staying) this was the first time in this unit and it was perfect! Beach view is breath taking. Condo was clean furnished beautifully. Two bathrooms with nice showers. We will definitely be booking this unit again.

This place had everything we needed, was very clean, nicely appointed, and was terrific! The highlight though was access to the beach and the gorgeous sunset views. Right across the street from John’s Pass. Easy access to everything. Highly recommend!

Very Clean and well stocked with towels, beach chairs and basic kitchen supplies. The balcony was great! We spent most of our time on the balcony. It was very hot during our stay and wished a few times there was some shade available on the balcony or at the pool. There was a beach umbrella in the closet, but the breeze kept us from getting it out, to be on the safe side. Very nice and quiet complex. No crowds anywhere being the last week of September. We will return in the future!

We celebrated our 35th wedding anniversary.

Our stay was amazing! The view was great, location was in walking distance to John’s Pass with lots of restaurants and shopping! The condo was right on the beach. Everything I love in my beach stay The host was excellent responded to every question in a matter of minutes. And the condo cat Butterball was so sweet!
