Our 2 bedroom condo is fully furnished, and is a Gulf front corner unit. It is decorated in the typical Floridian beach style in pastel colors, with Italian ceramic tile throughout the unit. Enjoy a light meal in our kitchen and sit up barstools to the eat- in bar area. The kitchen looks into a very spacious living room/dinning room open area concept. Offering a spectacular view of the beach for everyone.


Our corner unit spoils anyone staying in our master bedroom. Enjoy the wonderful Florida sunshine and a sliding glass walk-out to the balcony.
King size bed and oversized insuite with a large shower and a walk-in closet. Bathrooms renovated in 2017.
Our guest bedroom enjoys a furnished with Twin beds or can be converted to a king their is a conversion connector insert in closet. Their is a large closet next to a full size bathroom with bath tub renovated in ceramic tiles and granite.

Our kitchen is all granite, fully equipped with a eat-in stand-up bar,dishes,cookware, utensils, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, coffee maker as well as with a washer/dryer.
Other amenities include cable t.v in both bedrooms and Livingroom , computer desk, phone and complementary internet access.

Lounge around in the sun in a heated pool. And there is also BBQ area equipped with tables and chairs and charcoal grill for your use.. Enjoy the palm trees blowing in the wind and sea salt scents in the air.


Our unit is located 4 minutes down the street from the famous Johns Pass village & boardwalk waterfront. John Pass is a quaint turn-of the century #1 Tourist Attraction! Johns Pass also offers a huge variety of restaurants, shopping, watersports.
