You'll have the entire home to yourself and will only share it with other guests in your party.
Aqua Escape St Pete Beach
This large pool house features 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, located in lovely Belle Vista neighborhood. An open floor plan with 2 master bedrooms and 2 master bathrooms off each suite. This house comfortably accommodates 8 guests. The living room has ample seating around a large flat-screen TV. The sunroom off the dining area leads out to the private backyard and pool which offer outdoor seating, BBQ where you can enjoy your time entertaining.
When arriving, you will use the door code provided. We ask that upon check in you let us know if you have any issues with cleaning or maintenance so we can address them as soon as possible. We want you to enjoy your stay, as with any property issues may arise and again we just ask you let us know as soon as possible so we can handle them. There is chairs and bike in the garage and also in the shed is pool and beach equipment/toys you can use. We just ask you rise them off if they are sandy or dirty before putting them back. We ask you do not touch any of the pool equipment as the pool company comes weekly. If you want the pool heated, there is a charge of $300 for 30 days, if less than 30 you will be charged accordingly for the time. Please let us know and we can turn the heat on for you. if you have any issues with the pool or lawn we ask you contact us so we can get them back out to take care of it.
