Welcome to St Petersburg!!! enjoy this cozy unit with the amenities you need to stay, relax, and enjoy some of the best beaches of USA. we are conveniently located just 6 miles from St Pete beach, 5.4 miles from Madeira Beach, 7 miles from John’s pass village and 8 miles from St Pete Downtown and the Pier.

Ideal home away from home

This was perfect for our needs in St Petes. Close to all shops and a short drive to most attractions, things-to-do. Our stay was peaceful and easy. A clean place to lay our heads, cook meals and stash our stuff. Juan was great at communicating. I will definitely stay here again when I visit friends in St Petes.

This place is clean, quiet and very comfortable. I wish I could stay here longer. Quiet central air, fully stacked kitchen, comfortable bed and plenty of room to roam. Very much recommended!

Cute and affordable

Our weekend stay at the quest house was enjoyable. The bed was super comfortable after long day at the beach. Kitchen was fully stocked and parking was close and convenient.

Perfect stay for my bday getaway

We had a wonderful stay at this very cozy one-bedroom home! While the neighborhood isn’t the most picturesque (please do not trust google maps street pictures those are not updated), it’s peaceful and quiet—exactly what we were looking for. The location is super convenient, less than 15 minutes from beautiful Madeira Beach (public parking 4 per hour) and close to everything we needed—including Fronte Pizza, one of the best pizza we’ve ever tried, just 5 minutes away!The house was spotless, well-equipped, and had a lovely private outdoor area perfect for relaxing. Communication with Juan, the owner, was excellent—he was friendly, responsive, and made everything easy from start to finish.We highly recommend this cozy, quiet retreat for any couple looking for a restful getaway from the hustle and bustle of city life. It truly felt like a hidden gem!
