Welcome to unit #309, a bright and cozy 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom condo on the 3rd floor of Madeira Bay II! This charming unit features a tropical-inspired décor and a private balcony with seating off the living room, perfect for enjoying the fresh Gulf breeze. The fully equipped kitchen boasts stainless steel appliances and is stocked with bakeware, cookware, utensils, and dishes, making it easy to prepare meals at home. The dining table provides a great space for meals, with additional seating available at the kitchen counter.

The master bedroom offers a king bed, Smart TV, and an attached bath, while the guest bedroom features full-over-full bunk beds, perfect for families or groups. For added convenience, a washer and dryer are included in the unit and there is a sofa pullout in the living room for additional resting space. Dogs are allowed so bring your furbaby!! 1 larger OR 2 smaller dogs please, with $100 non refundable pet fee.

Room was great, the interior of the building itself could use some attention to cleanliness. The unit was great.Might want to check the pressure in the hall bathroom shower. Its terrible.
