Brand New Beach Front Condo Located on the White Sugar Sands of Treasured Island, Florida.

This Condo officially opened in March of 2019. Everything is beautifully appointed and ready for your beachfront vacation!

Relax and enjoy the luxury of a private condo overlooking the Gulf of Mexico!

There is a separate entrance to your condo unit and a private balcony for your comfort.

One reserved parking space, located in the shade and under the building., will be assigned to you. It will have your condo number clearly displayed.

Feel the sand and surf between your toes as you walk out of the building and directly onto the white sandy beach!

The spa and pool are just steps away from the beach!

Take-in the gentle Gulf breezes and watch the amazing sunset views from your private balcony or from the roof-top deck.

The modern and spacious kitchen offers generous counter space and plenty of cabinetry to store your food. Highlighted by stainless-steel appliances, a range, microwave oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, blender, and coffee machine. Silverware, dishes, glassware, and cups for up to eight people are located in the kitchen.

The kitchen flows easily into the living area with an open counter-top bar.

The dining area has a beautiful round table with seating to comfortably serve four people.

The interior of the condo is well-appointed with nautical themed art work and brand new furnishings. The Gulf front view from the living room and master bedroom is spectacular!

The Master Bedroom has an a King-Sized Bed, 49-inch Samsung HD T.V., table lights with USB ports and power outlets to charge your electronic devices.

There is Free Wi-Fi in the condo and on the grounds outside.

The Living Room boosts a 65-inch Sony Bravia Ultra HD 4K Smart T.V., and a Queen-Sized Sofa Bed.

The Guest Bedroom is has a Queen-Sized Bed, 43-inch Samsung HD T.V, table lights with USB ports and power outlets.

Feel the gentle breeze and listen to the surf roll-in at night as a doze-off to sweet dreams by the beach!

Check-in is via a secure code for the front door of the condo. Please contact us directly for the code. The reception desk does NOT have the ability to provide you with the code.

Lovely vacation condo

My wife and I spent the first week and a half alone, enjoying the beautiful view of the Gulf. We were later joined by our son for a few days, and then our daughter and grandson, Couldn’t have asked for a nicer place to stay.

Beautiful, clean, modern beach front getaway!

Clean, modern condo with a beach front balcony. Amazing sunsets and the sound of the Gulf waves right from the comfort of the condo. And the beach itself, and pool, is just steps away! It was the perfect family getaway. Right on the beach and close to all the area restaurants and attractions. I would definitely return!!

What a beautiful condo and beach area. I so wish we could have stayed the entire time, but Hurricane Helene had other plans. Hope to come back to visit Treasure Island in the Spring.

The condo was great! It is right on the beach and the view from the balcony was amazing! The property was easy to find, close to everything. The condo was clean and the owner was very communicative. I will definitely stay here again!!

We really enjoyed our stay! We had everything we needed in the condo. The sunsets are beautiful! It’s also a very quiet strip which is always nice! Short drive to St Pete, Fort de Soto, Clearwater! Location is the best!

Gorgeous Sunsets

Perfect place to catch the sunset on the patio or rooftop deck. Plenty of eateries close by. Our favorite for breakfast was Frog Pond and lunch or dinner Sea Dog. We spent most of the time on the beach and relaxing.

Sweet Vacay

401W Oceana Condo has amazing views of the Gulf and Treasure Island Beach. You don't have to take very many steps from the condo and you are walking in the beautiful water of the gulf...The condo had everything we could have asked for and then some. The balcony is something all on its own...the views were absolutely breath taking. The patio furniture on the balcony was great to sit on and watch the sunset at night. The balcony has plenty of room for all of us.The owner was amazing to work with - he made sure everything was great for our family. We will definitely be back to visit Oceana 401W at Treasure Island.
