Located next to fabulous restaurants and water sports, Sunset Beach, and the historic Corey Avenue shopping district. This ground floor condo has everything you need, including a large updated kitchen. We have a pool for guests of Parkside Condos, and Egan Park across the street has tennis courts, a boat ramp, a fishing pier, and a gazebo overlooking the water. The Treasure Island beaches are just around the corner!
