“A” Beachy Keen Cottage! Just Steps From Indian Rocks Beach!
- This wonderful cottage is across the street from the public beach entrance, yet in a residential community. Fully Remodeled Early 2020...basically brand new! Offering two large bedrooms, two full bathrooms, with a open spacious living room and kitchen. Private patio with Tables, Chairs, Huge Umbrella, shared Hot Tub, Grill, also offering Bicycles and Beach Chairs. Close walk to the beach, restaurants, cocktails, ice cream, and many other shops. Plus, walk half a block into the neighborhood to fabulous Kolb park with tennis, pickle ball, skateboard park, playground, basketball, or enjoy watching a baseball game. We request on-site renter to be a minimum 25 years of age. This wonderful like new location offers something for everyone and is sure to relax you, your family, and your friends!
