Great Beach Vacation

This property was exactly as described... Clean, comfortable, great location. Indian Rocks Beach is a hidden treasure. Communication with peppery owner was excellent as well. My family wants to return!

Nice apartment, clean, well equipped. I was pleasantly surprised by the beach shoes and the umbrella. The only thing missing was a clothes dryer.

Extended stay

This property was perfect for my husband and I but would accommodate up to 6 people with no problem. The unit was steps away from the pool and grilling area which was very convenient. A short drive from grocery shopping in an area with little traffic. We walked around the neighborhood and to the grocery store and always felt very safe. Beach is about 5-10 minutes away and there are numerous restaurants and bars in that area. The kitchen was well stocked for our longer stay with plenty of pans, dishes and utensils. The owners were also generous in providing plenty of paper towels, toilet paper, soaps, etc. to get us through our stay. Owners were also quick to respond to any questions via the Vrbo ap. The thermostat was a little confusing but the owners sent us a link with instructions which helped. St. Pete and Clearwater beaches are within easy driving distance. We would definitely stay here again!

Great Experience

Everything about this place was great! Very nice and quiet area with lots of stores/restaurants near by. Communication was on point. Check in was very easy. My family and I would definitely stay here again!

Great time!

We had 2 couples in our group. It was everything we needed. Very clean and had 2 full baths that were updated. We had an issue with the TV the first night but owner immediately responded and the issue was fixed. The location is about 15 to 20 minutes from Clearwater Beach , Indian Rocks Beach, Madeira Beach and Johns Pass.

Graduation

Place was exactly what we saw online. Only there wasn’t any kind of book to tell us about the tv. What to do when we leave there.The furniture was a little uncomfortable for us for we are both in our 70’s. Otherwise the bedrooms were fine. The king bed could use a new mattress. And the sheets on the other beds were to rough.We did love the pool area very much.The kitchen was fantastic with a big fridge.

Smart lock didn't work properly

almost everything at this place was a great experience but the smart lock almost let us sleeping outside for the whole night. We tried to open it but we were pressing the wrong number so the lock got into "thief mode" ...that our mistake however the property manager told us it would be ready for the code to be typed in again but it never happened. We had to call the manager several times for about an hour & a half just for her to give us the code for a lock that had the physical key. That's the only issue with this place the rest was great! :)
