We were very impressed with the cleanliness and extras the host provided. We loved the beach themed artwork and decor. The view of the inlet from the balcony was a great way to watch the sunrise and relax during the day and at night. The kitchen was well stocked with cookware and utensils. There is a short walk to the beach (with chairs and umbrella provided!) and a swimming pool on the property. Communication with the host was prompt and appreciated.

Great Place!

We had a great time staying here. The location is perfect with beautiful views of the intercoastal, and a short easy walk to the beach. The owners are very easy to communicate with any questions.

Lovely experience

This property was a great place to stay. Extremely convenient to the beach access, along with other things in the area to do. John was very prompt when I reached out to him about a problem with our tv hookup. We managed to figure it out on our own. I would definitely stay here again. The beach was lovely, as well.

Perfect getaway

It was all about location for us. We were in town for a beach wedding. The wedding and reception were in walking distance. Morning coffee on the balcony watching the manatees and dolphins too! Daily walks on the beach right across the street. Plenty of restaurants and shopping. Couldn't have asked for better accommodations for our trip.

Excellent experience!

Property exceeded expectations. Can't beat the location and the view from back deck. Many things in walking distance. The beach is across the street. It's clean white sand and water is warm and crystal clear. It was also not very crowded. We were fortunate to have hot sunshine every day! I hope to make this a yearly travel spot going forward.

Memorable Family Vacation

My family had an amazing time during our stay! We had an early flight into the area and John allowed us to check in early which was extremely helpful as it was a very hot day and we had an suv full of luggage and 5 worn out travelers. The location was perfect, the condo was clean and exactly as described. There were beach towels available as well as chairs, umbrellas and a variety of other beach/pool toys. The coffee shop downstairs was great and an ice cream shop just a short distance away. I would highly recommend staying here and plan to book again during our next trip. Thank you so much for sharing your beautiful property!

Mother/Daughter trip

My daughter and I stayed here over Memorial Day weekend. The condo was in a perfect location with 2 restaurants attached to the building-Mad Beach Poke and Sweet Brewnette's. Mad Beach Poke was very good. We didn't get a chance to try Sweet Brewnette's. There were many restaurants within walking distance. The beach access was right across the street. I was pleasantly surprised to find coolers, beach umbrellas, chairs and even a beach cart in the condo. The view from the balcony was wonderful! We saw manatees 3 out of our 4 days there right off the dock! We also saw dolphins one day from our balcony! The condo building itself was nice and quiet and parking was never an issue. The beds were comfortable and the condo had everything we needed. My daughter and I had a wonderful girls' trip and we would come back to this condo in a heartbeat!! Thank-you for a wonderful getaway! I'm so happy I found this place!

We loved our stay here! It was the perfect place for our family of four with kids ages 6 and 7.The condo was clean, updated, and decorated with a cute beach vibe. The beds were comfortable, and the kitchen had everything we needed. We also really appreciated having beach chairs and other beach gear available.The location couldn’t have been better. The public beach access is super close, so it only took a couple minutes to walk to the beach, and we loved having the coffee shop downstairs. We were also able to walk to the boardwalk at John’s Pass, and several restaurants nearby. The harbor view from the balcony was beautiful! We enjoyed the sunrise every morning, then walked to the beach for sunset each night. We stayed over the 4th of July, and the fireworks were unbelievable! We could see them in every direction from the balcony, and it was the best Fourth of July fireworks show we’ve ever seen.We made so many great memories here and would definitely stay again. Highly recommend!
