Close to golf, dining, and shopping, and only 15 minutes from downtown, it’s the ultimate Florida winter getaway filled with warmth, charm, and adventure. Sleeps up to 8 - MONTHLY STAYS WELCOME!

Our beautiful home offers 4 spacious bedrooms, 2 Bathrooms, 2 living rooms & dining areas, 1 outdoor dining area, a full sized pool table, and a FULL ARCADE with all the classics! The huge back yard is perfect for some family games, a relaxing glass of wine, a morning cup of coffee, or a family BBQ on our charcoal grill! You'll be joined by hundreds of bright green Florida parrots flying around the neighborhood! Need to work while you're away? Take advantage of our workspace in the second bedroom!

This a wonderful, spacious, clean home in a nice neighborhood. The game room and pool table are wonderful and all ages enjoyed it.

Great hidden gem with plenty of sleeping space and amazing price!

I have stayed many places over the years and this place was incredibly affordable, had more sleeping spaces than described and plenty to do inside for family fun! I HIGHLY recommend this property for the price and space. Near running trails and beach, in between Tampa and Clearwater so car rental is likely necessary for those desiring to venture out.

Nice house for snowbirds

We enjoyed our stay very much. We had plenty of room to hang out in and loved having so much storage to keep the house neat. My husband enjoyed playing Pac-Man again. The location is good for getting to stores, restaurants, and the beaches. Liked having a garage to use.

Great house in a quiet neighborhood

I was initially unsure of booking a house in an area that I am unfamiliar with but this was a great quiet neighborhood. The house is perfect for those with teens with the pool table and arcade shed. Bonus for those who run/bike, the 45 mile long bike trail is literally behind the gate in the backyard which was a plus in my book. There are beach chairs/unbrellas to use at the beach which is a nice touch.

Amazing stay at this cool and comfortable home

We loved it! This Place is beautiful and has so many extra features to keep you entertained. We loved playing pool and enjoyed playing in the arcade out back. Giant garage for parking, nice big and comfy beds and a fenced in back yard..we walked the Pinellas trail for exercise and then relaxed on the swing outside. I would recommend staying here to just about anyone looking to have an awesome stay in Tampa Bay…we loved it.

We enjoyed the spacious place and the pool table/foosball/arcade games, etc. the place was clean and easy access to shopping/food/beaches, etc. Was as advertised and great place to spread out! Would recommend for big groups/large families…. Many things to do in case weather goes sour… Thanks Joey … you are a good host, making sure everything was ok and check in was easy,.. also nice that you kept up with us to ensure a good time. Will be back….

Perfect way to start our Vacay!

My family of seven were all able to relax and keep themselves entertained in this clean and fun home. Joey was extremely attentive and helpful. Anyone who has traveled with teens knows that it is almost impossible to keep everyone happy, but- between the arcade, the room to stretch out, and the easy access to the many local beaches- everyone enjoyed their time here. We would definitely stay here again. And an extra special thanks to our host for providing beach equipment! Joey even picked us up an umbrella when I asked about one before we left.
