Chill poolside, or walk across Gulf Blvd to the cleanest beach on The Gulf. We have a beach wagon packed with chairs, towels and toys for your quick walk. Walking distance to Salt Rock, Voila Merci, Indian Shores Coffee, Caddy’s, Sharkey’s, and Mahuffer’s. Short drive or ride share to play 18 holes of golf or a short game of putt-putt, John’s Pass, Treasure Island, Crabby Bill’s, Indian Rocks and Clearwater. 2 car garage. Home Security. Clean non-smoking, no pets, clean air conditioning and water filtering system. HOA rules require minimum monthly rental. Bring your own flip flops and sun-ready smiles!
