Welcome to Sunrise and Sunset! 2 Brand new, side by side townhomes at Azul Townhomes in Madeira Beach! Experience the ultimate getaway, perfect for large groups or families looking to enjoy their vacation together while maintaining privacy. Built in 2025, these stunning townhomes feature modern finishes both inside and out, with every detail carefully designed for comfort and convenience. Each four-story townhome has a private entrance and is equipped with a private elevator that takes you from the ground level to the top floor.

Both townhomes feature inviting living areas with big screen TV's, perfect for gathering together for movie nights, along with top-of-the-line kitchens stocked with everything you need—from cookware to dishware and brand-new appliances. A large dining table in each townhome offers a great spot for group meals or a fun game night. And each townhome also has a private balcony off of the dining area complete with table and chairs for some extra space and outdoor dining.

You will find five spacious bedrooms and four full bathrooms in each. Both are set up the same with the bedding. The second floors feature a luxurious king bed, while the third floors offer an additional king bed, as well as two bunk beds (each twin XL over queen), perfect for kids or additional guests. The fourth floors have a living room space that provides a cozy queen pull-out sofa bed, ideal for relaxing after a day of exploring. All 5 of the bedrooms in each townhome have a TV. There is a full bathroom located on the 2nd floor, two on the 3rd floor and one on the 4th floor.

For outdoor enjoyment, each townhome has its own private top terrace with seating, big screen TV, games and panoramic views, a great place to gather after a fun filled beach day. Plus, enjoy some friendly competition on the awesome Pac-Man games located on the 4th floor of each townhome or the Air Hockey tables! Both townhomes also come with a private, attached garage for two vehicles and a private driveway for an additional car.
