Enjoy a heated saltwater pool and spacious half-acre yard, all within a ten-minute drive to downtown Dunedin, Honey Moon Island, and Dunedin Beach. Perfect for families or groups, the property includes a 4 bed 3 bath main house and a separate 2 bed 1 bath in-law suite.

Both units have access to the backyard patio, which features a propane fire pit, grill, and outdoor dining area.

The 4 bed 3 bath is a spacious 1950 square foot open concept layout, with a living room, dining area, and fully equipped kitchen. The master bedroom has a walk-in closet and a private bathroom with a bidet, soaker tub, and electric fire pit. The remaining three bedrooms and two additional bathrooms are located at the back of the house.

The 2 bed 1 bath in-law suite is 1050 square feet and has an open concept living room, dining area, and full kitchen. Both bedrooms have a queen bed and the couch can be used as a double bed for additional sleeping arrangements. The property is located on a quiet dead-end street and has ample parking for up to 8 cars.

Nice property. Kids loved the yard and all it offered. Needs to restock plastic items for kids/ pool and basic supplies. Few broken items so some repairs are needed. Overall nice home.

Wonderful property for a family vacation!

We had a great time in this clean, beautiful home. Plenty of modern bathrooms and bedrooms, with comfortable beds. The large refrigerators, rain shower heads, and deep tub with fireplace were so fun. Our host Troy was available when we had questions and was kind and friendly.

Great property and close to everything

We had 3 families staying at this house and it was excellent. It is spacious and comfortable. It had a big yard and pool for the kids to hang out and plenty of bathrooms. It's close and convenient to pretty much anywhere you want to go. Would definitely stay here again. Troy was very responsive to any questions we had along the way.

Great place for friends/family

This property is great! We had 3 couples, and we all had our own space. The finishes were beautiful in both homes. The common areas were spacious and there were plenty of things to do at the property. We truly had a great experience. The manager was available via text, and the location is close to anything you could ever want!

Over all we had a great time, the pool was a hit, there was an issue the day we checked in due to the guests checking out that morning but Troy did his best to correct the issue. The location was easy to reach and it was in a very quiet area.

There were 16 of us staying here at this beautiful and very clean property.We had a wonderful family reunion! The property is beautiful inside and out! Beautiful heated pool. Great Family Gathering House

We stayed at this home for 5 nights in January. We basically needed a place for our family to stay while giving our grandmother a surprise 80th birthday party in Largo. The house is exactly as described. The sleeping arrangements were absolutely perfect for our family as there were 6 couples, 1 teen, a toddler, and an infant. Everyone had their own private room with comfortable accommodations, which was great. The house also has a heated pool an outdoor fireplace, and plenty of activities, which we all enjoyed. There is parking for 4 vehicles, and the house is on a dead end street, which makes parking easier and less stressful. There were a few minor issues which were all addressed within a reasonable timeframe. The main purpose of our visit went off without a hitch, and our large family was able to relax and enjoy our time together in this home, and even enjoy some visits from relatives living in the area.

Stay at 2 homes in Dunedin

We enjoyed our stay at this house in Dunedin. Everything was clean, and we enjoyed the outdoor area. It was nice having 2 houses beside one another. It does sleep 16 people, but that included roll away beds which wasn’t convenient for all our family with everyone being over the age of 18. All in all we had a nice visit.

Great spot for a family

Great amenities, owner was very responsive to any questions. Having the two houses was great to give folks without kids their own space. Easy shopping nearby and close to the beach. Would highly recommend!
