Hurricane Helene workers welcome- 2 bedroom unit on the second floor of a quaint 4-unit building has a pool and is in the heart of Indian Rocks Beach. The building has old Florida charm. It is just steps from the beach and is located across the street from one of the city's beach access points, a short walk to many cafes, restaurants, and ice cream shops in Indian Rocks Beach Take our beach chairs and umbrellas with you to enjoy the sand between your toes at the beach.


Our house manager, Madison, lives just a few minutes away and is available should you need her.

This area is quaint and quiet Florida beach town. Many mom and pop businesses are within walking distance as are local restaurants and beach shops. There is a pedestrian walkway along the road as well.

Parking for up to 2 cars is easy on the property and we are across the street from the beach. There is beach access right on 7th street.

The unit is fully furnished with wifi and flat screen HDTVs in the living room and master bedroom. The kitchen is well equipped and ready for you to enjoy a homemade meal. You have a private laundry room with washer and dryer and basic supplies and a large exterior balcony overlooking the pool area so you can watch the kids swim.
