Available May1st. Min 4 months. Safe, non-age restricted, waterfront community at causeway to Honeymoon Island, with private sunset-view picnic area, kayak launch, heated pool, and beach.
Pinellas trail is directly across street with Jolly Trolley stop at community entrance. 2nd floor (elevators) unit overlooks green landscape. All Utilities included, tile and laminate wood floors, dishwasher, garbage disposal, plenty of storage, 1 reserved parking space and laundry facilities.
Clubhouse, tennis, gym, and kayak storage. 4, 6, or 8 month lease with first, and security, background check and condo association approval application with fee sharing. No pets or inside smoking. Rate listed is off season (May 1 - Oct 31), with rate increase for winter season (Nov 1 - April 30). Thanks for looking ;)
