Great home away from home

The home was very clean and host was always available for anything that came up! Backyard was beautiful and perfect for a family vacation. It was a perfect location, close to the beach and restaurants.

Great house in Seminole

I've stayed in many rental properties over the years and this is one of the best! The house was nicely furnished and well equipped. Everything I used worked properly. (There were small kitchen appliances that I didn't need.) The house doesn't have a dishwasher (or a garbage disposal) but there were plenty of dishes and utensils. This house is very close to Madeira Beach and lots of shopping/restaurants. The owner quickly responded when I had questions, too.

Great Place to Stay

We had a great time at the place. House was fully stocked and had everything we needed. The house was decorated very nice and was very roomy. Living room furniture and master bedroom was comfy. The outside area was great to relax in and enjoy the pool. Close to the beaches and restaurants. Would definitely came back.

Good Location and charming home

Enjoyed our time. Michele is an excellent communicator. We had less than desirable weather, but stayed busy. Pool and pool are are lovely and master bedroom bed was great. Since we were cooking in or getting take out we enjoyed the Japanese and Laotian restaurants that were close by. Overall a good experience.

Unbeatable Outdoor Area

Michele was extremely gracious and responsive before and during our stay. The home is tastefully decorated and the back yard makes you want to never leave! Proximity to Walmart for all necessities. Everything you can imagine needing for the pool/beach was also on the premises. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a low key slice of paradise.

Great home away from home

Michele’s place met all our needs! The home is very clean, comfortably furnished, and decorated. Kitchen is well stocked and The pool area is your very Own private oasis. It is a ten minute drive to beach, shopping, restaurants, Golf course and more! We All loved staying here !!! We would highly recommend renting this home.

Private Perfection

This Home went beyond our expectations. From the day we arrived until we sadly leave; the entire stay was stress free and entirety relaxing. Easy, hassle free, check in and out, every amenity nearby; we never even had to leave to enjoy Florida. The neighborhood is quiet and the yard beautiful and private. The patio and pool were our favorite; listening to music and watching the quaker parrots and sunset sky; the yard is well lit at night so you can enjoy the evening, too. And, the beds!! Never have I slept better not in my own bed. Don’t miss this one!

Perfect for work and play!

Beautiful house! Well furnished. It was perfect for my friend and I to both be able to work in separate spaces. The screened in area was perfect for evenings. The pool area is wonderful with great outdoor furniture! Quiet safe area. Michele was great with communication. Pam and John were amazing with any other questions we had.

Close to everything- great location! Beautiful, spotless home with fully stocked kitchen. Lots of space for four adults to work and play. The screened-in porch was our favorite place. Pool was extremely clean and refreshing. Would highly recommend this listing.

Seminole Spectacular

A wonderful and beautiful home with private (heated) pool - just a beautiful pace and location. So near food stores, shopping, and wonderful dining out locations - and the beach! Spacious and well equipped home. So easy to talk with owner and the local friends they have to help assist you with any concerns. We had no problems except hated to leave! We'll definitely come back next year!!!

Great home and host

Had a wonderful stay at Michele's home, and would like to come again, it is a beautiful house, well furnished and close to everything. Michele's life long friend Pam and her husband John ( they take care of the house and pool) were really great if we needed anything. We had to pay $75 per week to heat the pool for a couple of weeks, but it was well worth it.

Wonderful place. Friendly host and helpful local management. Updated, spacious and convenient to everything including the beach just 5 minutes away. We had no issues during our stay. Looking forward to returning.
