121 - Beach Bum Break House (2nd Floor)

  • Quiet, 2nd floor Studio with Queen size bed with a sleeper sofa. Full kitchen, bathroom. Enjoy the heated pool, the cabana for relaxation or sit on the dock and enjoy the dolphins.

    Parking:
    You are allotted one parking space. There is currently no assigned parking, so use any space that is convenient for you - just please let us know if you have visitors that need an additional one during your stay.

    Laundry:
    We have - one each - a washer and dryer that can accept coins, or you can use a credit card via the phone app, PayRange. Sorry, but we do not have change machines or vending machines for laundry supplies.

    The guest laundry can be accessed through the entrance behind the office. Please text me, Scott, at 727-748-2848 for a door code to use for entry.
