Cozy 3-room apartment with 60 sqm on 1 level (floor) for up to 4 people. Close to nature, quiet location with distant view near the meadows in the district Böhl in St. Peter-Ording. Shared garden with lawn and playground and separate terrace with patio furniture.

Living room with sofa (3s), 2 armchairs, small TV and dining table with 4 chairs.

Separate kitchen with oven, microwave, fridge freezer, small dining table and 4 stools. No dishwasher.

1. Bedroom with double bed (2x 90x190cm), vanity with mirror and towel rail, wardrobe and 2 chairs.
 Second Bedroom with 2 single beds (1x 90x190cm, 1x 90x180cm), wardrobe, small table and chair for children.

Bathroom (shower room) with shower, toilet and daylight. No hair dryer.

Hallway with mirror in the entrance area. Parking space in front of the house. Free Wi-Fi.

The bed linen is provided. Towels can be booked. Smoking and pets are not allowed.

Nicht nochmal

Leider ließ die Wohnung viel zu wünschen übrig. Matratzen so durchgelegen dass man die Federn spürt, Betten die knarzen, Stoffe und Polster in der Wohnung (alte Teppiche, Kissen, Stoffbezug auf den Stühlen) strömen einen sehr unangenehmen alt-muffigen Geruch aus. Wir haben eine Woche aus den Koffern gelebt weil wir unsere Klamotten nicht in die Schränke legen wollten. Küchenausstattung ist grade so ausreichend. Die Heizung war recht unzuverlässig, ging im zwei-Betten-Schlafzimmer gar nicht und sie klopfte die ganze Nacht durch so laut dass wir teilweise davon aufgewacht sind. Sicherlich wäre das zu beheben, was die Vermittlung allerdings nach Meldung des Problems (am zweiten Tag) auch nicht in Angriff genommen hat. Hierfür ist der Preis deutlich zu hoch.

Einigermaßen gemütlich aber schlecht ausgestattet für 4 Personen

Es wäre schön, in einer Wohnung, die für vier Personen vermietet wird, auch z. B. einen Topf oder eine Pfanne vorzufinden, in welchem / welcher man auch für vier Personen kochen kann. Und abgezählt vier Gläser, vier Teller.... im Schrank zu haben ist unserer Meinung nach auch ein wenig aufbesserungswürdig. Und bitte alles, was man in der Küche braucht—also wirklich ALLES— bitte selbst mitbringen! Der Mietpreis war für das Angebot doch zu hoch.
